  • Pros

  • It is super user friendly & easy to use. I love that it can be used on a computer, cell phone or tablet and there is no subscription.
  • It's very helpful in price guide to my industry and area I service. The options to modify custom and favorite items is great.
  • Cons

  • When they disappear at 7pm at night on a service call and you have to rewrite them it SUCKS.
  • Does not dispatch, no accountability for tracking users, issues with lost information.

  • The software is inexpensive. The features they proclaim to have are great, but many of them do not work as advertised if at all.
  • I like all features to this software and im still learning on it as well. I like how it combines parts with my parts distributor.
  • Cons

  • There are many things about this program that make our daily use difficult. Since our switch, the same serial numbers have gone to multiple customers - which is a huge problem.
  • Now everything is in modules and tiers, which cost more depending on which tier you need. Lost a lot of features after migrating to Serviceworks.
