Fracttal is very instinctive and simple to use, all its functions are easy and quick to learn, apart from the ease of being able to use it from your smartphone is very useful.

Administering the program without having an induction course can be difficult.

It was a good experience, among all that evaluates, it was what best suited, what we were looking for. It has a very sales model and platform.

The part of the codes because when a code is repeated by mistake, it deletes all the information already added and I understand that it should be that only the repeated part is edited.

I really like how easy it is to use, they are improving every day with the observations made by the community who use it and put it into practice for everyone.

In the SmartPhone aplication fails a Lot and you have to be restarting it.

My experience in Fracttal, compared to other softwares, was very easy to learn and friendly with those who just want to integrate into it.

The latter is probably not their fault as everyone in seemingly every industry has had their problems getting technology over from China.

As mentioned above, from what I was involved it it was seamless. I had a great experience.

He is always very helpful, and quick to respond. Overall, I think this is a great product, and I have recommended Netradyne to many of my contacts in the industry.

Netradyne work for our company to keep equipment and drivers safe.

We implemented this system because we had a few accidents the prior year and we wanted to invest in a driving program that would help curb that.

Sadly, I don't exactly feel the same way any longer.

This program is very easy to use and train with. The videos are very clear.

The coaching feature is phenomenal and you can correct  ad habits in real time. Customer service is excellent too.

Provided a very comprehensive platform that improved our overall safety performance and got Drivers engaged. Netradyne continues to develop and improve the product as needs change.

Whether you're at home or in the office, you can access your events anywhere. The app is very user friendly and you can monitor and help out drivers in every situation and from everywhere.

Netradyne cameras have been a great asset to our company helping notify us of problematic drivers.

Sending back malfunctioning units is very confusing and difficult. If it were not for our representative [sensitive content hidden], I would be completely turned off by your product.

There's not a whole lot to hate. I guess the initial set up was challenging but Netradyne flew out technicians to ease that pain.

So the worse the collision, the less is recorded. While comparing this device to Samsara in the same truck, Samsara captured an accident/collision, while Netradyne did not.

Overall, Netradyne's technology inside the cameras is solid but their customer service and communication leaves a lot to be desired.

Overall CTS thinks the camera is the best, but customer service is fair. There is no routine follow up with how everything is going or any additional needs.

By far the largest advantage with the Netradyne system is what it allows us to see and share. The Driver-i partner application for the drivers is outstanding.

The AI technology in the camera itself is quite impressive and can generate very accurate alerts on a range of driver behaviors.

Ease of use and superior technology are the main reason.

Poor communication with updates, changes, and response to issues. Definite inconsistencies with the algorithms.

SENSITIVE CONTENT] is the greatest help down there and has even driven himself up to our office (a 5 hour drive) twice to make minor repairs and just to show us how much he cares.

They are the only company I know that does this. Since we are not paying for it, combining scoring data from Netradyne with data from our other systems is a pain.

The drivers are notified when they trigger the camera system, for good and bad. The fact that this system also rewards the drivers with stars is a great feature.

But capturing a collision is worthless. The shock of a collision isn’t recognized.

My only complaint is that the mount for the hardware (3M tape that sticks the camera to the windshield) comes undone in the hot weather. We have had to replace the mount 3-4 times in our fleet.

Video quality and the ability to access video from any time the truck was in motion.

Has reduced our property damage cost. Has increased our drivers focus on safety while driving.

This creates the most amazing transparency between the company and the driver. Drivers are given the visibility to see where they can improve driving behaviors and the power to make the change.

The camera technology is amazing. Everything else is subpar.
