My biggest problem with Notifii is once a package is logged-in there is no way to modify the entry.

We had some residents that our notifii email notifications goes directly to spam and they won't see our emails when there is a package for them.

We use the software to track packages internally once they are received in the mail room. This system is both efficient and cost effective.

The only con is making sure that tablet is charged otherwise you have no access to it.

Before Notifii we where having troubles with our package room being over filled and residents not knowing that their packages had arrived.

Dislike having to log back in all the time on my phone instead of it saving.

When we were unable to get it fixed same day, we were still able to manually enter participants so that there was no delay in mail notification.

We have had a great experience with Notifii customer service. They are very responsive and helfpul.

I have also used your IFTA and been told by the state of Georgia the figures were wrong for my 1st quarter. If I get another letter stating the same thing, I will have to cancel my svc.

What I liked most about this software was the simplicity of it. I'm not very tech savvy so I need something to run my accounts and busniess smoothly.

Were able to get reports in basic and full format pdf form, this has been a great help for us.

This company is always working to make their products better and affordable for the small carrier. I still use it today for my brokerage and dispatch service.

As a car hauler, I have several BOL’s, drop offs, and pickups along the way. At first it was a little confusing because it wanted me to clarify the route.

This is a Great Product built for trucking companies. I have tried others and none compare.

It's not cost effective to pay the $50 fee for a late fee and pay extra for your IFTA svc. I have emailed cust svc about this twice with no response.

I've really enjoyed the software and customer service was great when I needed a function explained to me.

The most useful features for me are the dispatching, adding expenses via the ELD, getting accurate RPM via the integration.

No Quick-books integration or import/export options available available. Can not use for Freight Brokerage.

There are a lot of pertinent features that are missing from this software that is needed for the trucking community.

Customer service was great a few things we didn't understand 1 call and they stepped us through the issue...Problem solved.

It's simple to get started, and the interface is easy to use. It is a very basic platform and layout.

Once i get through the learning curve, it is very user friendly. Input items as they accumulate or as they occur and its organised.

It's not complicated and does not take up all my time, when I'm not driving, to keep up on my company. Love the quickbooks exports so I don't have to re-enter all the information.

It's simple and easy to grasp, however, there are tons of resources and guides to help you figure anything out.
