I like RTA and hope the sometime in the near future with all your staffs help that I will have it all cleaned up and working the best it can be for my fleet.

Their 7.0 product will help them be a lot more competitive with the big players, it puts them right up to the top. Between the price and what you get, I would use and suggest RTA time and time again.

The fact that 2 or more Techs can't be on the same job without opening a second line is also awkward.

Good system with some limitations and some odd quirks.

RTA has been valuable to Coborns  Inc  allowing us to track history of all shop and eqquipment movement.

The software is very user friendly and the techs are awesome at their job. It's a great software for any business that is looking to keep track of their maintenance on their equipment/vehicles.

Good for any business with deliveries to passengers and more.

It does a great job of keeping track of all the information and the reporting is very good. IT management is very simple once it is installed, and the upgrades are straightforward as well.

I like the people in the office and Tech Support and the fact that it is so user friendly.

Using a laptop's built in mouse is part of the problem but if there was a pop up then that too would save extra steps. There was a lot more complaints before we went to two user's conferences.

Very easy to use once you have learn the basics. Customer service is fantastic, all of the techs are courteous and willing to help.

Keeping these items in check have saved us money as well as time in  the  tracking of all associated shop  and equipment activities.

It's lack of ease when it comes to reporting and odd inter face between paperless shop and the main work order system.

Parts file is fantastic with many options on tracking parts usage, cost, cores, vendors. Support is the best I have ever experienced.

Can't think of anything that I don't like about the product or the vendor.

The parts system can learn what parts are commonly used on vehicles and recommend those parts when posting to a work order.

THE SOFTWARE IS VERY USER FRIENDLY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING.

Customer service and RTA training has been the biggest part of our success. The staff at RTA makes a good product great.

We plan to expand the use of RTA to include facilities, properties and other assets. I am very happy to endorse this great product and the support team behind it.

I would recommend RTA to anyone that is interested in an excellent fleet management software.

You folks are about the best vendor we deal with as far as a superior product, outstanding customer service and all around nice people.

Motus is great since we can add geofence, give us a great trip history report. Motus also helps us with gas price difference.

M traveling the States and don’t even know its there but it is on. M happy with Motus not Happy with gas prices.

The phone number is hidden and I've never waited less than a half hour on hold. Emailing for help is excruciatingly slow and painful.

Motus has taken my mind off worrying about if my time and mileage are entered correctly. I would highly recommend it.

My complaints are the same as virtually ever other users' complaints.

The only thing I don't like is that it tends to be hard on the battery.

The software is intuitive and very easy to use.

This software is easy to use and User Friendly.

Either way, if you're using it to track and get reimbursed for your mileage, it is very likely you are getting screwed.

I've been using for several years now, great experience and the pros I mentioned above have become better ad more reliable over time.

Aside from this, if one reads the complaints, these are the exact same complaints that many others have expressed about this app for years.

Overall the app works well tracking my mileage. It would be helpful if there was an integration with an app such as Waze.

Everything about the app is very easy to use. The best part is the customer service.

Customer support is terrible, they pay pennies on the dollar to the people using it. A lot of trips don't sync.

Motus allows me to effectively plan for weekly field meetings and analyze monthly touch point frequency with clients. Integration into my usual business practice was seamless.

As a company, our employees netted more money than our old program, and we paid less. It was a great win/win scenario and my only regret is not doing it sooner.

The software interface is very simple and designed to optimize the user experience.

MOTUS has a great support team who expertly handles customer concerns and questions. Using the MOTUS app to enter monthly business mileage is a breeze.

Motus is so easy to use, nothing needs to be done. It’s great, and any time I have an issue or question it is resolved that day with killer customer support.

I have a great overall experience. It is great I use to use another app and it wasn’t as great but this app is amazing.

I appreciate the updates it sends to my mobile device to alert me if mileage is still being tracked. I appreciate having the ability to save destinations.

I would highly recommend every business to stay away and not use them.

Overall, from a user perspective, I like the product. It's easy to use and when I have had questions the customer support is excellent.

Product is very easy to use, great that it fills in the addresses correctly for you and remembers past places visited.

My insurance does not line up with the required amount so I miss out on some of the money.

The lack of being able to edit start and end times is an issue.

It is easy to use motus to track mileage for work travel. The reimbursement process is also quick and easy.

Many employees have struggled with reduced battery life when auto tracking miles, but also there has been a lot of employees uncomfortable with tracking apps in general.

The motus app is amazing to use. You have many options to accommodate your needs.

I like the ease of use when reporting my monthly mileage.

This is a great solution to keep track of mileage and locations. The app auto records you trips and you just have to clear out the personal miles.

The admin portal gives the greater amount of info and is more complex, but that is necessary. This was one of my favorite roll outs I’ve ever done because the process was so easy and painless.

The phone all is seamless and efficient. Useful tool for many different business functions.

My experience has been positive and compared with the software I have used in the past for mileage it is the best yet.
