I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Etrieve to make my office better for the students, as they are our #1 priority. Being able to speed processes up for them makes it all worth it.

The product is very user friendly. The document splitting feature is a great upgrade.

Integration with ETHOS and the awesome support for it (from your developers) really helped. Being part of the beta-testing was great.

We are also successfully bringing up more and more forms and workflows, adding nice levels of automation to previously manual processes.

The electronic forms and having all student records electronically has been great especially as more people are now working from home and not in the office.

It is easy to expand to other departments. The customer support is really quick to respond, friendly and helpful each and every time.

I love almost everything about Etrieve, especially the ability to customize forms and workflows. SoftDocs Tech/Customer Support is amazing.

We have multiple areas in Content where we scan and store documents. It is so helpful to have them right at our fingertips and quickly accessible from the office or when we have to work remotely.

This makes the cost of the software tough to swallow at times.

Their support has been wonderful as well. The iterative improvements that come our way are great, and continue to make a great software even better.

It is fairly easy to use and if there is an issue, the team is quick to respond and correct whatever happens.

Lots of future potential, easy to integrate into other services, fantastic staff to work with.

That it can't do everything (yet). Etrieve is very adaptable; however, as is the case with any software, there are use cases for each institution that are difficult to translate.

Etrieve has been a boon to both students, staff, and faculty across all departments. It has greatly improved efficiency and continues to expand in use.

It makes it difficult for our office when trying to edit or create a form where we need to rely on IT or someone at Soft Docs for assistance.

One problem with the electronic forms is that they are difficult to create and edit unless you are throughly trained and have a technical background.

My overall experience with etrieve has been positive.

The workflow monitor has been extremely helpful to move packages to new users or a different step in the workflow as needed. Adding and managing users in Security is very user friendly.

We use Google SSO for our users so signing in to Etrieve Central (Employee Self Service) is super quick and easy.

It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Good Product With Good Algoritham. Provides Needful Tools To Analyse The Insights Also To Get A Good Understanding About Customer Expectations.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

Excellent product, great features and functionality for paid subscribers, integrates well with other platforms.

It makes it so easy to choose a template and edit the questions. I also love the layout of the results - they are easy to read at a glance and are formatted great.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.
