Confluence vs HappyFox

The only drawback is that it's not very user friendly, however Atlassian does provide good tutorials, and I take advantage of that.

Confluence has most features needed for my work, but it can be difficult to format code and mathematical equations easily.

Reports can be a bit hard to create but customer service was always there to help.

Somewhat difficult to build if you aren't an IT or engineering kind of person, but they helped and I will have access to support as we add different features.
