  • Pros

  • The ability to connect and manage client PC's was reliable and functional. Also, adding anti-virus, backup and web protection was a good feature.
  • The single pane of glass to manage antivirus, backups, in detail alerts, and asset tracking is really nice.
  • Cons

  • They are still growing and adding on. It sometimes gets a little frustrating that all the toolsets are not directly integrated into their RMM platform.
  • Needs training to use, so many things to do, it can become easy to get lost or forget where the lesser tools are placed or what their called.

  • I like the ability to search up previous tickets that could help me review issues that occurred before.
  • Auto scheduling the email report saves me a lot of time and complications. I also like the fact that Team Support is compatible for API Integration.
  • Cons

  • I often have trouble locating previous tickets using the search feature.
  • The configuration and setup is very non-intuitive and confusing.
