They also have a great solution for communication called CareVoyant Messaging. For us, a big plus was being able to build our specialty program goals and interventions right into the system.

They listen to our needs and are quick implement any necessary upgrades. Very easy to use and learn.

They have a wonderful Support Staff that will answer any questions you might have and the program's flexibility will astound you.

I lost good employees because they were so frustrated with the software. We left Carevoyant after using them for 15 months.

Cons: Creating Staff buy in is always a challenge, but we went from having no software to having it in the home and that is a difficult process to change.

They are easy to talk to and engage in meaningful software discussions.

We like CV in that they have 1 database for both divisions. One entry for the client and one entry for the employee... not  dual databases for each.

We found if you are looking for the lines of business that I mentioned, it is the best fit. CV's  owner,  their support and develop teams are invested in making the product the best that it can be.

Documentation on the software is lacking. It can be difficult at first to learn the processes of how to do things correctly.

So, implementation into our operations cannot be done efficiently, requiring a number of tasks to still be done manually until the required functions can be available in StoriiCare.

But even more than that, the constant improvements and customer service make this a great investment opportunity for any organization who needs a person-centered platform.

I like its simplicity and its focus on pictorial representation of information on the software interface. The ability to personalize the calendar to fit in my activities as been really helpful.

We have to create our own forms instead, and it's been difficult to find the time and the form builder is not intuitive. Looking forward to all the bugs being worked out of the billing system.

Some of the analylitics can be difficult to use and when you work from two homes there is too many paswords.

Often, we would have to close the entire app to for it to begin functioning again. This was difficult for older employees to get the hang of.

Everyone in my organization has enjoyed this software, even those who take a bit more time in adopting new technologies. I think the interface is perfect, very simple and no fuss.

Overall, StoriiCare has been a great asset to our organization. It has improved our overall functioning and we will continue to use the service.
