They have gotten better with Help desk access and I truly appreciate it.

They seem to be more focused on acquiring more business than keeping the business they already have happy and supported.

With continually added functionality and tons of integrated solutions, this is an excellent solution for homecare staffing.

We ended-up with significant, costly problems such as over a month period where we had to do our payroll manually because the payroll report output from ClearCare was unintelligible.

Can be slow at times, hard to track old client/caregivers, reporting used to be limited but they just released a new version.

The reminder and notifications options are fairly robust. Their Mobile app, is important, and works decently well.

Navigation is super easy as you move around the site. The ability to integrate home care and care management in one system is so valuable.

Great user friendly interface. The customer support is excellent to its heart.

PLEASE seek other Software solutions. The Customer Service is also a miss due to they neglect if you needing assistance as a previous customer.

ClearCare's user interface is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate. The instructional videos are a blessing, and whenever I ran into an issue, I deferred to them.

The staff is great about helping with issues when you call in. They are friendly and quick.

Comprehensive approach to our Home Care business. I like having everything in one place.

The ability to connect clients, caregivers, referrals and revenue was a great advantage. The Tagging system also helps to add more information to referral sources and customize them.

Terms of the contract with ClearCare are horrible and unacceptable. No one in their right mind would agree to them.

We have a good way to keep track of metrics, a CRM, and ATS system all rolled into one.

As they say, time is money, and if you save time by having everything that you need in one software product, then in my opinion, it is a great product to use.

The telephony system and logs are easy to use and access. The support team is wonderful to work with and always very helpful and responsive.

Costumer  service is very bad , you have to send emails in order to communicate with them.

Clearcare has been a great asset to our company by saving us time and money.

The aides state to me daily how it is always messing up for them. I don't like using it at all.

I only contacted customer service via the phone once but I got an agent within minutes who was extremely knowledgeable. They are also very open to suggestions about improving the platform.

I have seen the improvement on how DSL handles these so called glitches and I can say it is really GREAT.

The softare is robust enough to take care of any agency size - small to big client database.

There are so many uses for the program that can help us acquire new ways that will help us excel. There are new form that will help us use even newer ways to help.

Your administrative/supervisory staff are very friendly and approachable,  the relationship they extend to your clients are more of a PERSONAL relationship rather than just purely BUSINESS.

There is also the dilemma of when we do updates and the updates don't work and end up slowing us down.

Clinical staff will have a guide on how to manage cases using 'clinical pathways' tab. Other tools are relevant in the daily processes of patient care documentation.

I appreciate the kindness generated from the DSL team. The quality of their product is superior and has made it easy to grow our home health service.

Home Health Centre provides an order-driven system that facilitates record keeping by prompting users with to-do lists, patient task lists and vital sign alerts.


Home Health Centre allows providers to review and electronically sign orders. HHC’s offline mode allows users to make OASIS and clinical notes and then synchronize once they are online again.
