Just to repeat my above comments really, it's been really useful and vital for me and great value for money.

Jotform is very easy to use, design your form, share the link and process the results. The most amazing is to format the answers in PDF.

On two occasions, I have lost hours of work despite saving religiously. I haven't been able to reproduce this so I can't report ti.

Great asset in my wedding photography company - perfect for client-submitted inquiry forms, vendor contact sheets, itineraries, and more.

I love love love this product. We’ve made forms that are for return requests and some that people can place orders from.

The best part about JotForm is how easy it is to use - with drag and drop options, excellent customer support, and regular updates to improve building the forms.

I really have loved how the ease and flexibility with which Jotform allows one to capture information.

The only problem I have with this program is that uploading images into the document for submission is not always smooth.

When I was stuck at work with a database that was just terrible, I instead got jotform.

JotForm is easy to use and  has a beautiful dashboard to help  you track your form's performance.

I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.

This is a generally good and sometimes great form building software.

We had an issue with tracking Facebook conversions with JotForm, but I cannot think of any other dislikes.

Very good product, very interesting for a non-profit organization like ours. Easy to use, most of the problems are solved by helpdesk.

Found it to be quite fast to use and reliable. Not sure it's the best solution in market but was easy enough for the couple projects I used Jotform for.

It can integrate in many other platforms like WordPress. One of the best part of JotForm is it allow me to completely customized the form according to my theme.

The IE browser can be utilized from virtually anywhere, making this charting system easy to use with automatic updates being done seamlessly. The report function is AMAZING also.

Easy to use and offers great features that help ensure documentation accuracy and compliance. Great for Medicare certified agencies.

I love the ease of putting in orders, free text progress notes and the color coded EMAR tabs. Orders are a breeze to process.

The accessibility of this system is an amazing feature as well.

We have had problems with OASIS acceptance and fatal errors for skip traces that the system does not automatically follow.

They also are really aware of the impact on their consumers and are very helpful with integration of new changes.

It is my go-to program for scheduling. It helps me a great deal with keeping the patients, nurses and therapists schedules organized and managed.

For iPad users - Inability to delete or error information entered by mistake (orders, medications, dx...).

We are happy with the iPad software and our clinicians love how easy it is to use. We have had great experiences with customer support, when needed, with quick response and resolution times.

Costly but fully featured and constanly developing.

The con of this software if the lack of reports that can be collected from the data provided in the system.

The iPad version of the app is so smooth that it almost feels like the software was built specifically for it.

The turnaround from their help center staff is quick and amazing.

Lack of customer training no onsite support when requested. Inability and unwillingness to customize to our specific need.

We have also had several problems with BT understanding how parents and branches work and have had to develop several work arounds to make up for their deficits.

General slowness and bugginess, a  lot of stuck gets stuck in validation hold and supports takes days to weeks to respond to tickets.

User friendly, great support team, really good software for a large company.

Really great EMR - best in functionality and overall operational/financial needs for the price.

The customer service is great. Any time I call they respond very fast to my call.

This hospice EMR is easy to use and the reporting section is outstanding. DOC Tracking is a great tool.

There are great reporting features and they are doing good preparations for PDGM.
