The reminder system works awesome, it integrates well with my google calendar, and it's just the best for my business.

Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

They got back to me when I reached out to customer service and that really made me feel like I could highly recommend this service along with the positive experience I have had using the platform.

Sometimes my clients wouldn't remember the time properly, or I would forget to write it down. Now the appointment times are clear, and there is no way for us to forget or get the timing confused.

I like that you can sell packages and my desired package has availability for 6 employees. The Stripe integration is useful and it is easy for students to schedule a lesson.

Fairly easy to use, customer service great, clever comments make me smile, integration with existing business processes good.

I love how easy it was to create everything I needed. Although I am only using the free version, for now, it has almost everything that I want in it and it has been amazing playing around with it.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

It has a very fresh and modern UX, i love the styling. It's a good priced product and easy to set up.

My overall experience is good with Acuity. The software helps me know that my clients are in good hands when it comes to booking with me.

Overall, Yelp Reservations is a great resource, especially because I use Yelp a lot and appreciate having all my information in one place.

A great cost solution  with a flat rate, but until consumers move to this as a go-to, it will  not bring the same value as other options.

Yelp can save you time and money by having options available like the waitlist, it saved me at least 1.5 hours.

It's integrated with Yelp, so I can check in and/or write reviews, too. It was super simple to use, and worked just fine.

I love that it is integrated into the Yelp platform so you can reserve now with just a click. This is easy esp. if you’re on the road.

What is missing is to update the app more because it has many indications that there are no more.

Sometimes I find the platform a bit confusing and I've occasionally seen some miscommunications between restaurant availability and Yelp.

Very neat platform, I use this to search for good hotel pricing and it also allows me the flexibility of booking hotels in the platform.

I recently started using Yelp Reservations and found it simple, quick and easy. It gave me the opportunity to add the reservation to my calendar.

I used Yelp Reservations at a very trendy restaurant that just opened in the area. The lobby was crowded and wait times were ridiculous.

As a host, this software is absolutely terrible.

But it's easy to use from a customer's perspective and I love how Yelp is expanding to do such useful things like this.

That fact that not all restaurant has this feature is frustrating.

Very easy to use and it's nice that you can book a reservation making sure you're chosing the best place thanks to the reviews.

I do like being able to search for restaurants and directly from there being able to make reservations. It's easy to use and very user friendly.

Yelp Reservations is a great way to capitalize on the many benefits of Yelp by allowing you to simultaneously book an upcoming date/time.

I have noticed it pop up to click on by accident and / or sometimes when this is actually an option at the place ( maybe a glitch from a service they are disconnected from ).

I found my favorite place thanks to the app and i am satisfied with the suggestions that are close to my region.

Yelp is good for local shops and businesses as that seems to be their focus. They provide reviews and photos for customers which again is very helpful when making decisions.
