eZee FrontDesk Software


 

eZee FrontDesk is an on-premise hotel management solution that caters to hotels, motels, resorts, vacation rentals and more. It offers a range of integrated modules, which includes tools for front and back office management, group booking, housekeeping, banquet, minibar and guest relationship management. The hotel system helps manage hotel operations such as creating guest profiles, managing room inventory, group check-in and check-out, tracking cancellation or no show, night audits and more.

eZee FrontDesk can be integrated with eZee's online booking engine and channel manager as well as other third-party booking engines and channel managers, that helps hoteliers receive bookings from their websites and other online booking sources like OTAs, GDS and more.

The hotel solution also integrates with the restaurant point of sale solution, to manage in-house restaurant operations and room service orders. eZee FrontDesk comes with mobile apps for reports as well as minibars and housekeeping.

24x7 support is provided via live chat as well as phone and email support.

Go and get it, it’s the best product. You can even trial it Free.

Pros

Fully integrated Modules. We use them all, Front Desk, POS, Centrix (Channel Manager) Excellent 24/7 Support.

Cons

None really. The product and the support is “Rock Solid”. The 3rd party integration processes are a little tedious. In my opinion these should be “plug and play” a part of the base product. I would like to use the cloud version except the price is way more than running a local server version.

Ezee was what we needed at the time when we first converted from paper and pencil. As software has developed for Hotels/Hostels Ezee has kept adding features but loosing out to products that are far less to operate.

Pros

It performs a lot of functions and I like the way it organized some things

Cons

Customer support was very difficult to work with and provided few, if any solutions.
Finding the report you wanted to run was difficult because their is so many reports to run.
If you needed to perform two different functions at the same time you could not, only one at a time.

I am using this software from last three months and it is a good technology i have ever seen, i have worked in lits of software but there is no comparision with any one at all, because of the reports and notification and you can easily interface your lots of tevhnology with this software, automated inventory control work with this software and the channel manager and the cloud based softwares are also good of this software,even if you have a small hotel you can get the best and reasonable cost of this,
Not all about the cost it is realy a good one
With its features ... Go for this... Highly recommendable to all

Pros

User friendly and you can generate customerized reports as well, i can say no one can beat this software so far

Cons

No comments... As i like this software among all available softwares in the market, you can try others too... But my choice ezee only

The Support are very good, their team assist every problem that I come up with patient and fast response. they have a solid support team that 24 hr available.
The POs also too good to be true. so easy to operate. All of the staff never complaint about the POS.

easy inventory system

Pros

we using ezee FrontDesk in about 3 years, great inventory system, and most important can save guest detail. so no need to fill all detail for returning guest.

Cons

WIRU and WRD doesn't work sometime, its better to start do develope in FrontDesk instead of extra application. More specific or detail for reporting.

Interface between eZee and Accounting software makes it very easy and handy for us to maintain the records.
