Overall experience
Very good. From the free trial given, we can gather much about guest information and easier to communicate with guest as well.
PROSWhat i like most about Kai is how easy it is to manage and contact guest directly especially for bookings via OTA. So that hotel may have guest database for promotional purpose in the future. Also, it is very easy to manage the product we want to feature and sell which is very useful to get more revenue
CONSthe cost :) mostly the software we use range about USD 100-200 except for channel manager
