Overall working with KAI has been a good experience. Communicating is effortless and followups timely. Subscribing to KAI has allowed us to be “in touch” with our prospective guests at regular and consistent intervals. Kai has helped us with an additional hand in speeding up our service in conveying our offers and promotions to our guests. It has helped us to pre-plan customers itinerary prior to Arrival. Given the current pandemic, the online check-in feature of Kai will help us in numerous ways

PROS

The program allows us to engage with our guests in a more efficient way—better engagement with less administrative work. However, what I like the most with the program is their top-notch customer service. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], is accommodating and knowledgeable. He responds to our inquiry and solves all the problems very quickly.

Overall experience

Very good. From the free trial given, we can gather much about guest information and easier to communicate with guest as well.

PROS

What i like most about Kai is how easy it is to manage and contact guest directly especially for bookings via OTA. So that hotel may have guest database for promotional purpose in the future. Also, it is very easy to manage the product we want to feature and sell which is very useful to get more revenue

CONS

the cost :) mostly the software we use range about USD 100-200 except for channel manager
