Reliable, easy to use and great Customer Support
Its one of our best partners. They are really interested in improving their platform.
PROSIts very reliable and stable. Any time we need support we get prompt replies and when a development is needed, it happens really fast.
CONSGuest Portal could be a bit more customizable. We are not able to display information that better fits our business needs.

Operto for STR Management
Will continue to use for the forseeable future.
PROSOperto has great customer service for both onboarding and troubleshooting. It is easy to use and helps minimize time spent of getting a guest registered. Guests also feel much more secure with personalized pin codes.
CONSThere are a few integration features that have not been updated such as codes automatically changing when a reservation is extended.

Started well and turned into a nightmare
we only use it for one component, the guest book, noiseware, online registration functions are all inferior to other software we use.
PROSgenerated codes for our keyless locks well at the begining, smooth intergration at the begining, solid customer support at the begining. All that changed and now it generates hours of additional work per day. Its useless at this point, we are manual.
CONSAbsolutely horrific customer support 12 days issue is still not fixed, takes at least a week to get a human to respond, expensive, like to sell you add ons (ie noiseware) that are not complete products yet, appears to no longer intergrate with the rest of our tech stack, its always been the weakspot but the lack of customer service is unlike anything I've ever seen

Good idea but better, free options available.
It was great at first. Difficult to integrate and set up but once it was up and running it was good.
PROSIt allowed separate codes for each unit as well as codes for a common front door.
CONSThey just decided to discontinue operations one day without telling this customers.
