Great software for small hotels
I use Roomcloud as a channel manager and as a booking system in my own site. My overall experience is very positive, this is the reason why I've used it for a long time. Price-value ratio is unbeatable on the market. The software is continually improved.
PROSYou can learn Roomcloud software quickly and easily. It is also super easy to integrate it in the present website. The support team is quick and helpful. You can build and easily use your own price list, roomtypes and rate plans. Daily pricing is possible. you can determine minimum stay, close to check in or close to check out. You can choose your high season dates, but special discounts, company rates can also used with a secret code given to the targeted group. Reservations can be listed and checked. If you hotel does not have a front office system, than Roomcloud has a PMS, which can be also used.
CONSIt is the same at each channel managers, that some net rate channels, like Hotelbeds, has a special calculation process of package net rate, which usually must be down manually after we received the reservation. Tourist tax can cause the same problem. PMS does not follow the local regulations concerning invoicing and currency exchange, but you do not pay for that, so do not expect it. You cannot choose multiple payment options, like bank card AND cash. I hope they will improve payment options, and roomtype specifications.

I found Ratetiger to be overcomplicated with many options, that we do not need. The price is also double.

Stay away at all cost
Very poor. I regret choosing this sub-par channel manager
PROSIt's cheap. That's the only advantage of it. It also connects to my PMS.
CONSCustomer service is almost non-existent. Their XML connections are full of bugs and have cost me thousands of booking revenue. Unfriendly user interface. Stay away at all cost

booking engine et channel manager à la fois
Room Cloud a été un outil précieux dans la gestion quotidienne, à un prix très correct par rapport à ses concurrents et sans commission à la réservation. Cela fait 8 ans qu'on travaille ensemble et je ne peux que le conseiller vivement à tous.
PROSLe logiciel a permis de faire gagner énormément de temps dans la gestion des tarifs, il est très facile d'utilisation, on a toujours un bon conseil en cas de besoin, le service technique est très réactif. Il s'intègre avec Medialog
CONSPuisqu'il faut trouver un point faible, je dirais pouvoir intégrer un calendrier des tarifs et disponibilités dans le booking engine, mais autrement tout est vraiment bien pensé.
