This includes SuiteConnect, the IoT management software. * Units 1-5: $15/unit/month * Units 6-25: $12/unit/month * Units 26-100: $10/unit/month * Units 101-250: $9/unit/month * Units 251-500: $8/unit/month * Units 500-1000: $7/unit/month * Above 1000 units: Custom SuiteOp Pro tier: This includes everything from Core, plus advanced IoT management, and SuitePortal, the guest portal generator. * Units 1-5: $25/unit/month * Units 6-25: $18/unit/month * Units 26-100: $16/unit/month * Units 101-250: $15/unit/month * Units 251-500: $13/unit/month * Units 500-1000: $12/unit/month * Above 1000 units: Custom SuiteOp Max tier: This includes everything from Pro, plus SuiteKeeper, the task management system, and SuiteAnalytics, the operations analytics tool. * Units 1-5: $35/unit/month * Units 6-25: $26/unit/month * Units 26-100: $22/unit/month * Units 101-250: $20/unit/month * Units 251-500: $18/unit/month * Units 500-1000: $17/unit/month * Above 1000 units: Custom Optional: - Annual subscription with upfront payment provides an additional 17% discount on the total price of the subscription. - Each unit includes 1 free device. If the total number of active devices exceeds the number of units, the additional devices will be charged at $3/month/device. - SuiteVerify, the guest verification platform, is charged at $8/month/unit - Alexa devices are charged at $6/month/device and do not count towards the total count of devices.

A+++. SuiteOp is a top of the line unified STR property operations software application that eliminates the need for multiple apps. SuiteOp's tailored approach provides cohesive communication across all operational components, including IoT automation, guest portals, staff management, and analytics, creating a seamless guest experience from start to finish. Their customer service and willingness to work with STR property owners and property managers to meet their needs is top notch and second to none. Their prices are an exceptional value, especially for everything that you get. SuiteOp is extremely user friendly and if you need support they're just a phone call away. Unbelievable Software!
Transformed my business by providing comprehensive portals to all my guests with a very friendly user interface, allowing me to add upsells, share local restaurants, attractions etc. My customer service was simplified because guests don't have to ask as many questions. I love the layout and how the entire product was built, including check in instructions, house manual, as well as the other functionalities such as the verification process and smart lock integration. These guys are a step above everyone else and they're a pleasure to deal with.
