Great vacation renting. software

Great customer support, easy to use software, hassle free, don't have to be a programmer to make great use of it. Whatever you change on the platform automatically changes on the channels. Great features.

PROS

Easy to upload all your properties and let them handle your bookings and just send you clients and the money

CONS

At the beginning we paid no comission that changed after a year for 5%. No promotions were available during this time on the channels but they introduced it now for booking.com only.

Reason for choosing Travelnest

Was the first and only that seemed to fit our needs at the beginning. Connects us with many channels while other competitors might have fewer options.

Harto de errores continuos que me cuesta dinero , tiempo y estress.

En general no estoy contento con mi experiencia,son muy rapidos para intentar cobrar una reserva anulado y cobrar su comision. Luego lentos para pagar y contestar preguntas o realizar cambios cuando ha sido fallo de ellos.

PROS

Poco es lento , no muy intuitivo, dificil de entender y no entiendo porque no usan un App.

CONS

Lento- poco comodo para usar.No entiendo porque un empresa que dedica a gestionar alojamiento de turismo no tiene …1) un telefono de ayuda que funciona 24 horas y siete dias de la semana incluyendo fiestas ??2) un APP simple y facil para que los propietarios pueden gestionar reservas, calendario, comisiones, etc.
