Our overall experience has been excellent - Customer support is fantastic. Any information or help needed its just an email or phone call away. There is always someone available to speak with us. Communication with TripAdmit is great, they are always making us aware of new upcoming features. The process to adding TripAdmit to our website was very smooth, there were no issues at all. We look forward to continue working with them
PROSThat is easily accessible. The layout is very easy to navigate and everything is laid out very clearly. It is easy to edit bookings.

Gran herramienta con un gran equipo detrás que ofrece ayuda en todos los aspectos (directos e indirectos).
PROSLa facilidad en su uso y el diseño/estética que encaje con nuestra imagen de marca.
CONSHay plataformas que no permiten la integración para la gestión de reservas a través de herramientas como esta de manera general.

Exceptional! Great team. Easy to chat to and express views. Very helpful and don't expect you to know everything.
PROSCustomer service, virtual face-to-face meetings, and adapting features. These three points are the main reasons we have found to be great within the company as they support us as well as being dynamic in their offering.
CONSSome features were missing compared to our current provider but they are in the process of changing/adding these to their system.

Trip Admit offers tiered pricing which suited us perfectly for our excursions as we want to offer larger groups cheaper prices.

Desde el principio el trato humano ha sido sencillo, profesional y muy eficiente. Se interesan por el desarrollo del negocio y proponen ideas, apuntan datos importantes y te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas, desde analizar tu propia web hasta comparar datos e informes de venta, promociones, etc. De una forma muy personalizada.

CONSTodavía están en desarrollo algunas de sus herramientas que seguramente hagan de TripAdmit una gran plataforma en un futuro muy próximo
