This paperwork was then filed and not looked at until the following year. Now we have 2 reviews for each staff member a year and no paperwork.

Team is very helpful and has tweaked existing features and implement new features following requests from us.

It engages with the staff and almost makes them want to do appraisals. From setting up the system to implementing it has been easy and very user friendly.

The Customer support has been fantastic and tweaks to the system have been made promptly.

Although not a specific con, our Director was a bit wary given the lack of presence in the US.

They have been quick to respond to any requests and were very helpful during the implementation process with getting information entered in a tight timeframe.

The folks at Threads are the most helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with. I have always found them to be available to help me with an issue and solve it quickly.

It could be a bad source of negative energy if some people hide behind their computer screens and leave negative comments.

Look at the functionality of the system and the ease of the navigation and administration. Not sure you will find another that matches it for the price point.

It's great to be able to acknowledge my co-workers. I like the feature that they can see the comment if I want them to.

Opportunity to show or not to show the receiving person their feedback, easy to use, and efficient. I think this is a great product.
