It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Asana is super easy to use, fun with all the colors and functionality and helps keep me on track.

Pleasant interface, great potential, but there are other (free) programs that do more and have better integrations for Project Management.

The iPhone app is fantastic and an absolute must. The ability to connect the inside teams and outside teams together is a huge help.

When I miss a task with a repeating due date, in order to bring it current it appears I have to mark it complete for every day that was missed. This can be tedious when coming back from a vacation.

As a community manager and strategist and sole contributor, having a robust task tracker is essential so that I can be successful at my job.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

The ability to switch a project from columns to lists to calendar with ease. The customer service is incredible.

The sales person sold us on a 5 year contract that they said, in writing, we could break after 1 year if we wanted to, and would only need to pay 80% of the first year.

There is some functionality missing, the lieu bank, meaning that as a business we can't actually start using the system yet.

Your receipts don't have your VAT number on - how hard can it be. I want to be able to export all data so that I can see what fields are missing for which employees.

A range of useful information including holiday allocation/remaining, details of your time at the company, a calendar of holidays and absences in your team.

I especially like the folders to save sensitive documents. It will help keep everything in an easy to find and access place.

Its very easy to use, and the dashboard helps you navigate through the platform.
