Easy to use HR system

The system is user friendly and has a range of functionality. The system is constantly being improved which is great.

PROS

The system is user friendly and is easy to navigate. The system assists you in calculating holidays and the reports can be tailored to your needs.

CONS

Once you amend an employees holidays to hours based on their working pattern or to a variable hour employee, you cannot update their profile again to go back to being in days.

Data & money held hostage

My data and money is being held hostage. In short, they invoiced me and then their sales guy [sensitive content hidden] wanted more money and to upsell me on more services. When I declined, he cancelled my service as what they invoiced me didn't cover what I was getting. I wonder if I will get my data and money back but I doubt it if this is how they treat customers that have been with them for years. I am resentful of the time they have wasted but I did always want to try Breathe HR.

PROS

The app is simple and does the job. I just needed something to record annual leave and send reminders.

CONS

The harassment from their sales team. I didn't appreciate the aggressive sales approach or the blackmail that followed, which was ultimately followed through with.

Modern, user-friendly HR management software

As an employee using BrightHR, it has been a positive experience. I can't speak to the admin features, but my manager appears to be able to do everything he needs to without escalating further, and the user-side is well-designed and lays out key information simply. Everything works that way you think it should and it stores a range of useful data.

PROS

Clean, mostly well-laid out web interface makes most operations simple. A range of useful information including holiday allocation/remaining, details of your time at the company, a calendar of holidays and absences in your team. All functions can also be carried out using the mobile app which works without problems.

CONS

No major complaints. As a user I have been able to find all information and features that I have needed to manage my HR account (mostly annual leave-related).

Ease of booking online User friendly Not too much information to overload and navigating is really easy Training Manager is really helpful and patient

Would like to merge the payroll with our current supplier so all in once domain
