I love the ease of reporting payroll to Asure and then all the (correct) calculations and deductions are handled by Asure and it's less stress on our company.

There's nothing clear about navigating the webpage once you're logged in-- if you want to quickly look to see how much vacation or sick leave you have left, it's not clearly put in front of you.

Like clockwork, Asure along with my CPA was able to complete quarterly returns and take care of payroll taxes.

We have been very satisfied with Asure Payroll & Tax Management. The proof is in staying loyal to them even when other companies have tried to get us to switch to their companies.

They never sent us termination forms or stressed that they were necessary when we told them that we no lonnger needed their services.

It's been great working with them since 2013 when I came onboard. Great to see them grow and evolve.

They make termination difficult. We stopped needing the service in 2021 and informed them of our last payrol date.

Asure bought out our old payroll system (Compass) which was admittedly antiquated. My GL imports have been broken since I started, and getting it fixed is impossible.

It gets the job done every payroll without any problems and without costing a lot of money. It's also easy to use and takes very little time to operate.

Again, there is little reference material to guide one through different scenarios that are easy to understand. No reference or procedure guides.

For the most part, it work out well. I overlooked an error in 2023 but it's something we look out for moving forward.

It is easy to use doesn't have too much complicated stuff. Straight and convenient to understand.

We told them we spoke on the phone with someone twice and they said too bad but their phone records don't go back that far so we can't prove it so they will not give us any money back.

The simplest of its features is one I love the most: the fact that your timer can count money and not just hours/minutes/seconds.

Timely is verrrrryyyy super. You can accurately track your working time effortlessly.

Ability to use project cumulative hours and price per hour to bill. Easy to enter time and the phone app helps when you are on the client and do not have your computer.

The web UI is fantastic and beautiful, too, and the Memory function makes a clear and most useful timeline record. Sync between devices is flawless, and the Apple Watch app makes it always available.

This software is perfect for the professional that has the need to track his time, but doesn't have time to do it.

This causes some frustration for me as I can see features arrive for the Apple products, but I have to wait 6 months until the Windows/Android equivalent.

Great interface that works great on mobile - on the go and always easy to reference any data or information you require.

The integration across multiple tools (laptop, iPhone and iPad) is hugely helpful. The Memory AI feature is intuitive and helpful.

Great integrations with things project management apps like Trello and project budgets make this a great tool for business owners.

The pricing models are not extensively flexible as it needs to have modules based pricing such that the needy ones buy only what they need.

If I choose budget for project and set hourly pay, then if I go over the set time it shows a wrong number while I still get paid only the set amount.

Was having trouble with current time tracking apps that were either low on features or hard to look at.

It is really easy to use and I can keep track of my team, my business projects. It has really good integrations with other tools and software that I use that makes time tracking even easier.

Unfortunately,  Timely was unable to integrate with our practice management software.

Timely is an incredibly easy and visual piece of software that helps you to organise your time as well as plan it. Its calendar view is simply brilliant.

The best thing about it is it's integration with google calender and one more cool feature is it's ability to do bookings with SMS automatically and reminders as well.

As a business owner, it is fantastic to get accurate and 'timely' submitted time sheets from staff each and every week.

The reporting features are also a nice addition and an appreciated helper when working with clients billed by the hour.
