Good customer service but products like Deputy for the little things a bit better IMO.

I can't think of anything I don't like about the product.

We no longer bring spread sheets to weekly management meetings, instead we all sit and analyze the business performance based on the information our managers have put on Bizimply.

Wifi drops sometimes and loses times and clock in for ataff.

Extremely user friendly all staff made the adjustment to new software very quickly. This was very important for us.

Our old PC system often had staff waiting for warm up, connections etc  and was frustrating to them especially on the rush out time.

Great customer service and good value for money.

It allows us to see real time information on sales, issues and developments at our site without actually being on site. The ability to see who is clocked in on site, on our phones is a great addition.

I still have to go and check all of the department's timecards as the managers miss quite a lot of the differences in the staff's clock in times to their scheduled hours.

The format of two weekly reports, I have to cut and paste the two weeks side by side. Otherwise I don't see a day by day hours only the total on both days.

We use the shift diary to predict our future sales and it has also allowed to us identify quieter periods and we now incentivize staff to use leave period in this time slot.

Managing our costs and doing comparisons with other weeks and months. Ability to input all vacation days for employees.

I like the overall functionality of the service, ease of use and visuals.

Really effient help and support - so easy to access either the information or speak to a support member who answered quickly and thorough.

Also if theres something they cant do they take it into account and look at improving their sevices. Easy integration with shopify and good management of staff.

Great customer service and very easy to use system. Training was great and follow ups were very helpful too.

The staff can easily clock in and out from their own phone and the GPS feature helps us ensure that all employees are in the building when doing so.

It is super easy to use and it does some of the heavy lifting. Emails are automatically send and if you make changes it only send to employees you made changes to.

The team at Bizimply has been nothing but helpful. They are very knowledgable and just downright fun to work with.

The issue I have is that there is a constant drop on the app on the device we are using.

It useful and easy to use. Analysis are realistic and you can change or correct them.

Usability -  it's simple, clean, and uncomplicated. For me it's all about tracking the labour cost and ensuring that units are on track financially.

It is overall a very good experience and I find it very user friendly.

Keka covered so much ground in Human resource - both recruitment and generalist, they're top 99% for response rate and usability. And the name - well deserved and justified.

There are no such cons from my usage so far. Only thing is that if I forget to stop my time tracking by mistake, then I cannot off it by my mobile phone app.

The worst software and even worse customer care.

It really improves the employee experiences. I love the remote login feature most.

The only thing I didn't like in keka is, it's not working and I'm facing the problem at least once a week.

So many options for compression. It's nice to go into the advanced settings and customize nearly every aspect of compression.

And if you contact the customer service for help, they don't know how to help you.

This is very simple to use. Tax calculator is superb.

Recruitment - The two problems I face with Keka hire is not having the option of sending trigger emails which are customized for each stages of the hiring process.

Keka is Good and Affordable Software for HR activities.

I first of all found the UI of software very clumsy, it is very clear no doubt , but it is very populated and use of animal characters in UI like elephant in leave management seems very childish.

With a very competitive price range, it gives a great deal of features to work with. Here are few things I like about Keka.

Overall experience is awesome to use it. Every organization can use this to manage their employee data and other management tools by just one portal.

We depend on it almost every day. Oh, and also, their isopod logo/icon is pretty great too.

Gives breakdown and calculation logic behind tax calculation. Easy interface to input investment declarations.

Can be integrated with other 3rd party software to sync logs of the time.

Finally a product which kept itself apart from boring, complex stereotypes.

Keka is a must use HR software for every company. The payroll system in it is amazing as tax deductions and calculations have been made easy.

Customization is good; it allows you to meet your company's and its users' needs. In this case, KEKA provides software we can customize to fit our current needs.

Love the way their software resolve lot of our pen and paper work and main delight was working with their support team, They had helped me a lot while migrating to cloud payroll.

Keka has some features missing such as workflow management system and files management system.

My overall experience with Keka is amazing, very easy to use and has a lot of features to make day-to-day activities a lot easier, and reduces the efforts to mail HR for small inquiries.

Their support team helps you whenever you need them.

Our cloud storage at box.com is limited to files under 5gb. Because we often have InDesign source files larger than this, we have to split the archives in order to store them in the cloud.

No self serve set up and onboarding is extremely time consuming. Further there's no way to use parts of the product before wider rollout.

I am pleased with my overall experience with Keka. It is easy to use and stay connected with my team members.

No way to use a subset of features. Onboarding requires filling 25 sheets even if you are looking to use a subset of features.

Leave management is awesome. The tax and payroll module is also nice and integration with clear tax is great.

Keka makes this super easy and is very reliable with great 7zip compression among other multi-part file splitting formats.

Sometimes our employees find it difficult to navigate through the payroll information.

Very easy to navigate, set up. Any issues are solved instantly.

One stop for all the company management stuff.

The Tax Deduction section is a bit complicated but the advantages of Keka overcome this dislike of mine.
