From an administrator perspective it is so much easier to use than other platforms, and the Product Support team is AMAZING. They are always just a phone call away and they are friendly and helpful.

The software is almost usable. Running a software company - if we gave our users this product we would shortly go bankrupt.

If user documents are not created tasks can be hard to deploy.

It can be difficult to customize things and can take a long time working with the vendor. Proxy sometimes won't work properly.

The Cornerstone software was fairly user friendly. I really liked the 360 review ability.

The people who filled in for them seemed overwhelmed and as a result there was a lack of communication.

Easy to use with various modules for goal planning and performance reviews and notes for conversations during review time.

Hard to get someone to call you back or answer to the ticket.

I don't like how often you have to change passwords but that's a minor inconvenience really.

Thankfully, Cornerstone woke up and the last few releases saw a welcome improvement to UI and UX. Simple, clean and modern.

Cornerstone is the best and most comprehensive solution that I have seen for talent management. I have used the LMS, Performance, Succession, Connect and Extended Enterprise modules.

It also integrated our LMS with our Performance Management Process. Looking forward to Succession Planning in 2016.

The best thing I can say about Cornerstone CSB is the quality of the support service. They have been available to answer questions and help me configure and customize the system to my needs.

This product is great for ease of use for end users. We use the star-rating system and our end users love it.

360º feedback option is great. Graphical representation of where we stand in the overall crowd.

There is also a nice universal profile feature that allows you to see who everyone is, where they work and who they report to.

FLASH interface & non intuitive interface led to a poor product.

This system is highly customizable - pretty much any type of performance process can be plugged into this product.

While I do find great value in reaching out to their Global Product Support team, it will sometimes take days and even weeks before you get a response from them on a case.

Allows you to add quick notes to keep track of employees over time, so that review time is easy to fulfill. Also user interface is self intuitive.

The 360 Degree performance review functionality can be great if you make the initial time investment to set it up.

The search tool can sometimes be very aggravating. If I search for an individual/candidate's name, the system takes too long to process and pull something up or sometimes it doesn't pull anything up.

Very easy to set filters or options. They have a robust team to help as well.

In many cases, one would think that is one day, but they work on 8 hour days, which equates to 3 business days, unacceptable.

Interaction with others on our team is easy to conduct and take action, respond. Reporting to client is clean and efficient.

Overall, great experience. I'd 100% use PeopleFluent again due to its ease of use and its super simple functionality.

It is also a little difficult to locate a requisition- sometimes I have to organize them in order from newest to oldest and go line by line to locate an open requisition.

Depending on your need, you may have to access a candidate record one of a few different ways and it can be tough to remember which is which.

Good as VMS for large, nationwide corporations with many openings.

When you post your role and integrate it with your careers site, the job posting looks very clean. This will do the job if you don't have to do high volume recruiting.

PeopleFluent is by far the best product for your money. It is very easy to use and very easy to teach a new recruiter or hiring manger to use.

The software is difficult to navigate. Without proper instruction, it can be hard to navigate and get the most out of the functions available.

Features are very basic, not up to par with other ATS systems. Does not integrate well with other software.

LOVE that it tracks from hiring to acceptance, and how to continue to engage the employee after hiring.
