The customer service is amazing, the tool is super functional, and to this point it has been an essential tool to my companies recruiting team.

My recruiting team loves how easy it integrates with our ATS and the email campaigns make it easy to automate our sourcing efforts.

It is easy to use and delivers results. The AI tool is something I have not used before and it is great, like having my own sourcer.

I love that Hiretual continues to evolve and use thing like AI for process improvement. It's so important to have the best features with the latest technology.

Customer service is great. Good for companies who want to hire for themselves  and not for consulting firms.

Fairly priced relative to other Talent sourcing tools. Account and Sales Representatives a very proactive and knowledgeable of the product they're selling.

I still use the free functions as part of my regular process. As I said in the headline, if I could get budget approved, I'd get it tomorrow.

Ease of use of the platform with regular enhancements to features. The Pro platform offers extensive solutions and offerings with improved usability for individuals and team member collaboration.

Hiretual is amazing, it helps me find prospective candidates' contact details without having to rummage through the internet.

If you cannot afford a vast suite of sourcing tools, Hiretual is your best investment as its sources all those expensive platforms for you.

At first, the integration with my ATS didn't come over as nicely but that has been fixed(whether from ATS or HireTual side unsure).

I am not sure I have any complaints. Perhaps it could enhance the Github or Stackoverflow searches.

The boolean buildre is my favourite feature, I also love that it gives me accurate contact details and has made my work really easy.

I like that Hiretual has a feature to email from the system and integrate with my own email and track clicks, opens and declines.

A lot of invalid phone numbers and wrong emails. Some of the contact information is not correct.

Occasionally, the LinkedIn Links are broken which is a minor inconvenience.

What I love the most about it is the AI sourcing function that does most of the heavy lifting for you while you are focused on engaging and building relationships with the candidates.

It really helps in finding the best talent and it's easy to use.

Hiretual has been a great product for our team and I have no negative feedback.

Highly competitive against other similar platforms and excellent customer support/service.

I like the ease of use from the HR perspective and the ability to see exactly what the employee sees within the system when trying to help them.

Honestly, the thing that makes isolved worth it is their customer service. They are quick to respond to issues that come up and are always happy to help.

It cost more money to have iSolved than it would (including risk) of having paper time cards.

We had been with Paychoice, then Sage, then Isolved. Launch was terrible with no help.

None of that matters if no one can help when a problem arises.

Customer service blamed THEIR in-house mistakes on us. Just a MISERABLE experience at every turn.

The check stub viewing app, while integrated into the mobil app, requires the use of a completely different login and stupidly complex password.

I solved is a great HRIS tool to integrate and streamline hiring, onboarding, payroll and benefits all in you place.

I am very pleased and feel I am getting a great value for my money.

It was a product that had integrated several partner products into one, which always means glitches and problems as information is translated from one system to another.

Basically, we were never able to use the product but were required to pay for an entire year.

That we are able to put our employees information into, so it stores it safely.

How complicated to run reports, how difficult it was for employees to use.

They completely ignored this request, not responding to it at all.

Did not provide any demos because I was told that they will switch me and then train me. The data converted was a mess and the implementation team did absolutely no research on our company.

Netsuite is a bottomless pit of despair. Getting help shouldn't be so hard.

We love that the iSolved platform integrates HR/PR functions and that employees and supervisors are empowered to make basic selections/entries.

ISolved is a great system and I love that there are new updates all the time.

The software is robust enough to create and manage all of your employee benefits.

Great option if you are looking for a software focused on HR and benefits without payroll.

I like that the platforms are easier to navigate through. I like that you have several options as far as time and payroll go.

ISolved has been a great help and definitely keeps our business organized.

I have employees who have not received a paycheck, no response from iSolved and no assistance from them either. It is the absolute worst.

Our payroll company was bought by iSolved this past year & the transition was a NIGHTMARE. We have already transitioned to a new company because their customer service is horrendous.

Months with various tax issues and no follow up costing us fines with a neighboring state. We have wasted so much time just trying to get people to call or email us back.

The contract only allows a small window to cancel the service. If you miss your window, you will be paying for an entire additional year.

ISolved lends well to quick and efficient implementations. The Payroll processing component is user friendly (for the most part) and helps our clients streamline their payroll processes.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the software and the customer service that we have received from the software.

Saying you need to authenticate yourself after working for 3-4 weeks. Very frustrating and time consuming.

The software is difficult to use on a smartphone.

Have to login multiple times to access my payroll. Waste of my time and very frustrating.

Not easy at all to transfer my records from their system to my system when you leave their company.

My accountant is completely baffled at the poor job they have done- the mistakes are simply inexcuseable.

One of my biggest problems has been billing. I was charged 800.00 in one month for two payroll runs.
