  • Pros

  • I love the way you can configure reports to suit your needs. Output is available in whatever office media you need for it to be.
  • It's been more than a year since our company has switched to Novatime and I think I finally have a good grasp on how it works.
  • Cons

  • Lack of flexibility in terms of different type of employee types (we run a gym where many different employees may have multiple job codes) makes it somewhat difficult to manage.
  • Logging your comp time is a struggle at times as the process isn't intuitive and we don't do it too often to retain it in our memory.

  • I like the ease of use from the HR perspective and the ability to see exactly what the employee sees within the system when trying to help them.
  • That we are able to put our employees information into, so it stores it safely.
  • Cons

  • It cost more money to have iSolved than it would (including risk) of having paper time cards.
  • We had been with Paychoice, then Sage, then Isolved. Launch was terrible with no help.
