Our company switched platforms from Zenefits to Paycom and I've been extremely dissatisfied with the new program.

THE QUICK PUNCH SOMETIMES DOES NOT WORK AND DOES NOT REGISTER MY PUNCH IN OR OUT. WHICH THEN GIVES ME A MISSED PUNCH STATUS.

Paycom is an efficient and user friendly HRIS system that includes applicant tracking, on-boarding, payroll, and HR metrics. This is a wonderful, cost friendly tool for small non-profits.

I love that it allows employees the ability to access and change their profiles and be responsible for their timecards.

While there is cons, I still like it. Is a great way to do my log records at my own comfort.

This software is limited in the sense that when you are trying to do bulk  uploading for time cards it will not let you do it if it's towards the end of a pay period.

The fact we have had the same payroll error were the system doesn't pull in employee raises 4 TIMES in a row and the problem is not fixed.

This is probably the best single-use/integrated HR-related platform that I have used, especially regarding how far-encompassing it is.

I very quickly realized that this system was not going to work for our team and moved to cancel our account and the customer service was pretty awful, going all the way up to upper management.

I can rest easy knowing that things will always be resolved timely. The interface is user friendly and Paycom is always making updates to make things even easier.

The only problem I have is going  back to add hours, if I forgot to clock in/out.

I can view my paystubs and make changes to my information as well. There are features we don’t use yet like mileage tracking which is awesome.

Paycomm ease of use, customer service and costs is why we chose them and keep them.

The Mobil app is super easy to use. They are also very trust worthy.

We have been using this product for years and it is wonderful. It is easy to use and if you ever need help just call customer support (or watch their training videos online).

If they forget to clock in or out I am easily able to edit their time. It keeps track of the employees use of sick time and vacation.

CA employers need to manually input the additional 1 hour pay if a meal period is missed or taken after the sixth hour of employment.

We needed assistance with the upgrade and the Customer Service was excellent in helping us. In the end we decided to move to their cloud version for ease of use.

At the end of the pay period, I enter the admin page, print out the summary (hours, vacation, holiday pay, sick time and overtime each print in their own column).

We are an employment law firm in California. I recommend this software to all my clients because it accurately keeps track of time and can produce a paper and digital copy for approval by employees.

ShopClock is a great program for time keeping, it is user friendly and their support is outstanding. I have always reached a real person when I have a question.

Customer service goes above and beyond to help us with any questions we have and guides us in ways to use this product to fit our needs. We would highly recommend this product.
