It is customize-able but the team is helping us use it the most effective way possible.

WCN Talent Acquisition Suite Software is a very useful tool, it allows you to program the selection of the people you are going to hire. It is very easy to use, its interface is versatile.

There is an add on video interview function but this is unsupported and unsuitable for our business. Unable to quickly cancel an interview if an applicant has cancelled - need to record cancellation.

The fact the system is capable of handling multiple decisions for multiple streams has also saved us time and allowed for lots of automation which in turn saves us time and increases efficiency.

We are included on development calls to improve the service. Would like to be able to have knowledge of best practice - how do other companies use the system.

A barrage of SPAM after they got my email, most fake jobs that have expired away back and many subscribers are there to copy each others jobs.

The amount of spam we get is crazy. Applicants that are fake or are really not interested is high.

It's a great platform to find the business opportunities and apply for jobs you like and want to grow.

More annoying then anything. Removing about 100+ emails a day for a state i no longer live in is a pain in the butt.

The most important feature I liked about this software is that it makes a positive interface and is feels good when you login and apply to jobs.

Given the deceptive nature of the advertising I am fearful that it will be extremely difficult to terminate.

Sometimes the job listings were spamming up my email and I found it frustrating to unsubscribe to all the different types of emails I was receiving from it.

Zip recruiter has been great, a really essential part of my job search. I check the notification emails every day and always have some good offers and opportunities in there.
