ZipRecruiter is a Web-based platform that helps streamline the overall hiring process. It enables organizations to post jobs to hundreds of job boards with one click, and users can manage all applicants through a user-friendly online interface.

ZipRecruiter provides an integrated social recruiting component that helps post jobs on social networks such as Facebook, Google+ and Twitter. This solution is suitable for businesses of all sizes.

ZipRecruiter allows multi-city job postings for broad exposure of job advertisements. Candidate screening is done through online interviews. The system offers brandable job pages, and multiple users can be added to a single account, so team members can collaborate on rating candidates.

Other main features of ZipRecruiter include applicant tracking, candidate screening, candidate exporting, resume sharing and custom email creation.

    They have excellent reach and their software is easy to use. Reviewing candidates is simple and quick.

    Pros

    They have an enormous reach, and we get a ton of applicants to each job we post.

    Cons

    Sometimes the resumes that are presented to us are not the ones the candidates would have liked to have used. For instance, if they click through from Facebook, a lot of times ZipRecruiter just compiles an application based on the Facebook profile. I don't think the applicant gets a chance to see this, because these applications are worthless to us as recruiters.

    Great software, great app. Easy to use and search for open job opportunities!!

    I like that I can have my resume incorporated into the app allowing easy application for jobs, allowing me to apply at the click of a button.

    Cons

    The spam! Too many people use this software for spamming jobs and they seem to have the highest call back rates. It’s incredibly annoying when you are trying to find a legitimate job.
