Outsource your recruiting and save yourself time
Great -- we gave them a detailed description of what we were looking for and they delivered the candidates directly to our door.
PROSAs a manufacturing company, we're facing the same obstacles as everybody else in America right now -- finding and recruiting quality candidates. ZipRecruiter saved us a ton of time and just delivered candidates to our doorstep. We went from sifting through resumes to training and producing.
CONSNot much! Maybe that the free trial wasn't longer, but that's an easy thing to gripe about :). Would recommend and use again in different companies.
Reason for choosing ZipRecruiter
We were hoping to offload our work. We're a manufacturing company by specialty, not a recruitment company. Leave that to the pros like Ziprecruiter.
Reasons for switching to ZipRecruiter
We didn't want to sift through hundreds of applications anymore and hoped to outsource the work.

Zip Recruiter
I have had an overall good experience, I have been using the software for 2+ years.
PROSI like that I am able to post and search for jobs for free. Sometimes the company are looking for temporary workers, so I will go online to post job listings. I also, search myself for extra gigs.
CONSI dislike that you have to be signed in, in order to complete an application. That is about it, nothing too major.

the real review on ziprecruiter
I used it for hiring employees for my business as well as I have used it before to get jobs in the past before I had my own business.
PROSI love that they thought of all the necessary features that employers and employees might need when job searching. Also the easiness of the site to navigate is a plus.
CONSI disliked that some of the jobs posted on this site weren't verified employers and some were scam people pretending to be employers.

ZipRecruiter use rating
It is good to receive potential job openings. But I requested a specific type of position interested in, but it sent me all kinds of other positions that didn't fit my request.
CONSJob requests were not met. Other positions that didn't fit my qualifications were provided in error.
