  • Pros

  • Very responsive, easily understood, available when needed. This has made a big difference in the success of our use of Bright Idea.
  • The tool allow to manage complex innovation program both involving employees and external actors such as start-ups etc. It is extremely flexible and it scales with the ambition of any innovation team.
  • Cons

  • The customisability of the product. Some features are quite rigid and hard to customise.
  • Truth be told: I do hate it's chat mechanism. All the users, the team and I just can't get it, so we communicate via email.

  • It's adaptability and its ability to work around our needs, rather than having to follow a generic workflow. Furthermore, it looks neat and easy to navigate, as well as being highly configurable.
  • The personalization of the different tenants streams. This provides great value to our customers and a good overall management for us.
  • Cons

  • Expect a learning curve for admins with limited back-end technology experience.
  • There is no user manual. Since we run annually there are many users that only use the software for a short period of time each year.
