At first it was confusing to navigate the site.

I love the ability to send an application to a client that is tailored to their organization. It is great to be able to make certain questions required.

There was not a lot of training when it was first implemented. Therefore, the first two months was just trail and error.

It was helpful and saved us time an money with sending applications and forms by mail.

Although I've only used the technology a handful of times it has been great. The training received when I expressed that i needed a bit more help was awesome.

I wished the software was compatible with internet explorer & Microsoft edge. Some of my clients do not know what browser they are using & this gets confusing for them.

The idea of this program is great, the ease of apps being able to share information will make a step in our process more efficient and effective.

My experience with Indio has been good. Easy to use, love to have the documents stored year after year, etc.

But once someone syncs it removes them. But I feel this is the best product on the market and it will get better if they listen to the users.

It has been a very easy transition for me. I love the ability to complete apps on line and save information. The only obstacle has been educating my clients.

The Applications are clean and precise and very presentable. Overall, this is a wonderful product to help us prepare for our Account Renewals.

It is a bit confusing when our clients go to sign one of our documents. It is confusing and it can appear that they have completed the document before it was actually signed.

Unfortunately this makes using registry forms with PartnerXE very difficult and requires a lot of unnecessary filling in manually.

Their customer support is top notch and quick to respond. They have a great integrated system with Outlook which makes documentation easy.

The cost is more than half our old system. In the beginning I thought reaching support through email may be an issue, but their staff is so amazing and response time is great.

I particularly like the insurance summary capability for individual clients as well as the ease of use of the Notes and To Do lists.

It is unusual for an issue to go unresolved for more than an hour, unless it's a high volume day, such as during an update when such a delay is expected.

That ability has continued to improve and grow to even add texting conversations into the documentation easily.

Partner XE is user friendly and cost effective.

Recent upgrade screwed up cert issuance and left some of my trucking clients hanging on a Monday morning and couldn’t book loads and I’m not sure I even got a response yet but to run a repair.

Reporting Features at the beginning were extremely limited and visually challenging.

The ease of use is amazing. So much more user friendly than our previous big name management system.

As great as the software is, what I like most are the people, from the owner to customer support. Everyone we have had contact with has been great to work with.

Partner is very easy to navigate. It provides the full array of features we need as an independent agency on a daily basis as well as providing detailed report center for more robust information.

SIS does a good job at reducing the amount of time and clicks it takes to complete repetitive processes. Program improves quickly.

But the next day I received notice that they had taken all of the supplemental information I had forwarded with my question and they had set up what I needed to set up. What a fantastic surprise.
