The few questions I have had since then have been answered quickly. The support has been awesome and I really appreciate that they are located in the US.

Its extremely easy to use, user friendly interface means training even for new staff is very quick.

Integration has made this process 100% automatable. Also, the ability to push inventory quantities for kits and non kitted items was huge reason for switching to SKU Vault.

Support staff has been awesome and we are super excited to get this system up and running.

Wave picking is well done, inventory management is great, integration with ecommerce platforms and accounts works great.

The support that Skuvault provides is worthy the investment. I really believe the SkuVault teams wants to see our company succeed.

The WMS is great and very responsive. Integrations went smooth.

The application is extremely easy to use, it will be a great asset to our company‘s inventory management.

Overall fast and reliable service with decent customer support. They are comfortable to deal with and good at issue resolution.

They advertise support with accounting software, but the accounting side is VERY limited - does not take into consideration discounts, tax, or shipping so this is really useless.

Effectively managing centralized inventory would be the best thing it offers with almost instantaneous uploads to all the connected CRM's.

The cost is very high and ongoing, the increases for additional users are too high in my opinion also, which does have a negative effect on business as the cost scales quickly for having more users.

It has been a great transition from fully manual picking and inventory control.

Also, the software just works. It's such a relief to not have to worry about your inventory program.

Software was very impressive and has lots of great features. Main issue we had was the pricing structure.

There is too much downtime with unstable servers, and some of the functionality (lot numbers, lot tracking) are not well done.

Limitation on users in the pricing tier and cost of additional users. Training staff can be challenging with so many features.

I love the cloud based and easy to use interface of the software. Makes running my business much more streamlined.

This software is capable of being self taught, but the training is excellent. They know their product and can help with anything.

FT is a great inventory system management tool. This syncs easily with QuickBooks and you can customize it to make it what you want.

The ability to house the program in a cloud setting  brings a whole new ease of use for those who may not be on site or for companies with multiple locations.

Tim Plastics makes approximately one million bottles every day ranging from 1 ounce to 2 gallon. The rapid growth of our business had overwhelmed the ability of our existing systems to keep-up.

Ease of product set-up & having all pertinent fields available right from the product screen really makes this software accessible for any user be it novice or expert.

The support from our representative [sensitive content hidden] has been excellent. She has been helpful with setting up the system for our needs and very responsive with any issues that arise.

I have not used it enough, so i have not come across anything that I dont like.

I highly suggest speaking with Abbe Hasse. Not only did she help me get all of the integrations up and running, she made using Flowtrac extremely easy and stressless.

The developers I worked with did a great job of working around our business logic to make the software faster and easier for the end user.

Many inventory programs are canned and built for the most complex application. FlowTrac was able to pullout just the things we needed to provide a great easy to use product.

The process of integrating what we already had in place was difficult, however once we figured out what needed to be done, the process move smoothly.

The only con I can think of would be during importing, the system had errors that it wouldn't notify me of.

The staff is very courteous,  prompt  and professional. They respond quickly to our needs and requests.

The system is user friendly, all-inclusive of everything we need, and leaps and bounds above our previous system.

My overall experience has been excellent. Good communication and competent employees.

Also i dont like how when you need to search for something it takes it a while to pull up.

Customer support and communications like working with my next-door-neighbor (6 states away). Resolved numerous problems I didn't even know I had.

We made a lot of custom function and naturally we have to go back and rework some of the bugs. Most issues that we face are addressed quickly and our problems don't grow back.

Still learning additional ways the system can help improve my operations after about a year - and that's a good thing.

As with any new software integrating to other software systems can be difficult.

IT Scriptnet, the platform on which this program is built, is not a very well documented scripting language.

Quality product, easy to use, knowledgeable personnel that you feel they know you and your business.

It seems inexpensive to implement but they nickel and dime you so hard we've spent a fortune for what seem like easy fixes.

It's easily customizable and very user-friendly. Their are many great features for all company types and the support team is wonderful.

The ability to practically implement the software from ground zero with a bit of modification on the side of FlowTrac. The build and implementation of the software was flawless.

We proactively engaged the FT team in brainstorming better solutions together with us to avoid cumbersome and costly modifications.
