Overal, our experience with eIMMIGRATION has been fantastic. The software is easy to use and the customization options are essential for our work.

The features that are most useful are the process steps, populating applications, reminders, ease of organization, and many more.

Covers most if not all the bases. Notes, SMS to clients, client portal during COVID was huge and has become part of our SOP, integration with lawpay, and of course all the form preparation.

My favorite part of the database is that it's intuitive and user friendly.

Our firm has been using eimmigration for  over 10 years and we are very satisfied with the service and quality we are receiving.

And if I have any problems their staff is always there to help walk me through the problems.

It can sometimes be confusing when the Petitioner and Alien sections conflict in completing the forms.

The software team is helping us to build out forms that were not previously available. The training and after purchase support is best in class.

Cerenade staff is friendly and responsive to  questions and inquiries. The admin access makes it easy to set up custom fields and create custom queries to pull data for billing or reporting purposes.

The time keeping feature has limited options. We would like to be able to send a single time entry to multiple client profiles and delete or edit erroneous entries.

I like how the company is very open to the clients and making improvements. Over the approx 3 years that I have been using this product, I have been happy to see how many changes have been made.

The lack of integration with Google contacts and calendar.

EIMMIGRATION is great software. One of the main benefits is the ability to customize almost everything.

It is the best software available, highly customizable, great integration with QuickBooks online, and the ability to send SMS to texts to clients.

We've also wished there were a way to hide or disable the many fields we've decided not to use in different areas of the platform, in order to minimize confusion and fatigue for staff.

Not only are the features very solid and easy to learn, but the customer support - that elusive thing to get in so many other contexts - is superb.

We haven't rolled this out to our clients, fearful that it will lead to more questions than answers.

Some of the intake forms do not have an auto save feature, which is problematic if you experience a sudden loss of internet connection.

Eimmigration is extremely user friendly. The technical team is always available to answer any questions and we love the ability to generate reports to keep track of our caseload and analyze data.

I like that I can make the software work for me and my company's needs. The software technicians are terrific.

It always allows duplicates within the same page which is at times inappropriate and disappointing.

Logikcull's support team is approachable and readily available to answer any typical user questions, which saves us from worrying about increased demands on our IT department.

I don't have any dislikes of the software, I do dislike the name. I'd prefer it spelled Logicull.

And, if you have any questions, their staff is extremely responsive and helpful. Best of all, they have a transparent pricing structure with no hidden fees.

We are a growing firm with a wide variety of technological skills and comfort levels, and Logikcull has been an excellent fit for us.

Ability to run searches and reports myself and cost.

Logikcull is very easy to use with only minimal training.

The ease of use is probably the number one feature. It is very intuitive and easy to navigate.

I don't get to use it very much because of budget constraints, but I it has streamlined the review of emails for litigation cases.

I have had a great experience using Logikcull and we continue using it here at the firm.

This is a very user friendly product and has simplified document review.

File compatibility is limited to standard, Windows-based programs (i.e. Microsoft Office), images, PDF, and PST. Limited functionality beyond the document production stage.

If it is at the end of the month, even the last day you will be charged for the whole month. Also remove documents from their workspace when you are done so you don't get charged for them.

Easy to use; low cost; intuitive; great tags and comment features.

The lag time can be a pain, and it also freezes occasionally in large databases.

A missed step or a misunderstood function here or there can mean having to repeat a task. The learning curve is steep.

I am a big fan of this product, and have told several of my friends to try it out.

It's easy to tag documents and organize them so I can locate them later. Customer service was extremely quick to respond and always helped me figure out any questions I had.

I liked how easy it was to navigate and utilize the functions for document review.

So far it has been a very effective tool in legal document review and file management.

Being able to upload documents myself, quickly review at my own pace, and then output them quickly and easily with very customizable parameters makes this the easy choice for my office.
