Love everything about it Layout, ease, admin, checklists, ability to modify, reports and data entry is awesome.

I do like the chat because I almost alway get [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and he can answer just about anything with a great attitude.

And because I asked, they cancelled my service and took my data and refused to give it back without an extra fee of over $1,000 to get my own data back, even thought i did not give permission.

Easy to read and change themes for visual, integrates with different programs currently and adding more for ease.

The technology and being able to use it from anywhere. EVEN MY CELL PHONE!!!! I can literally work from anywhere and not miss a beat.

The number one feature is the quick customer support. We are completely blown away by how quickly and expertly the support team handles all queries and difficulties.

The customer service has been phenomenal. They are quick to help and have answers to all almost all our questions.

I really have only used this software for mortgage processing so I don't have anything to really compare it too. I do like the way it is laid out and the colors make it more interesting to use.

I know that Lending Pad has been working on this for some time, but I'm not sure if it has been rolled out.

Setup was easy and NXTSoft customer service is fantastic.

We use OmniConnect to upload mortgage loans from our LOS to our core environment. It's functioned great since we implemented initially in 2012.

The only downside was there isn't a plug and play option between our LOS and NXTSoft.

No negative points except the fact that they don't offer free versions.

It is easy to use, but all questions that I had the people from omniconnect helped me.

We were a bit hesitant at first to outsource our business integrations, but we're glad we did because OmniConnect is cost-effective and brings faster ROI than having everything done in-house.

OmniConnect has been amazing at supporting our ongoing changes.

The support team is second to none. Based on their experience and customer support, the OmniConnect team are best in class.

We transferred to a new LOS in 2015, and the transition was seamless with this piece. It's very rare that we encounter issues with it, and their support team are great to work with if we need help.

Terrible Customer Support, Needs Constant Fixing.

The system was easy to setup. Although the uploading process take a while to complete it's a simple process for the users.

Omni connect allows you to easily configure and fetch the credit card information with ease. Omni connect has excellent encryptions and allows seam less connection with Alipay and Apple.

I like the Cloud feature and the ease of using Ground Control.
