- The ability to progress through the program with ease is do important in a busy medical building. Our nurses are busy caring for patients and appreciate the user friendly product we provide for them.
- Great Environment and people. Hardworking and dedicated management who always encourage to development.
Cons
- Because of the amount of data, the system will frequently not run at a decent pace for the users. This causes some discord with the users.
- You really have to train and meet regularly in order to use it to its fullest potential. It is very time consuming and costly and is not customizable.
Pros
- We are able to use this software comfortably to ensure that the residents are receiving the best care. Excellent communication with your team.
- EASE OF LEARNING, MULTIPLE WAYS TO ENGAGE IN INFORMATION.
Cons
- The reimbursement table is hard for me but I think it is more me than the system.
- Our company has been using it for at least 10 years, and through that we have struggled through some really tough versions that were more bugs than fixes. BUT THAT'S ALL BEHIND US NOW.
