Features and functionality of product were very good. Ease of use of the product and intuitive nature of the screen flow was good.

Sometimes it will produce a MoveNext error. Also, I have lost the written descriptions that I had written in a particular time slot because of data corruption.

We outgrew Quickbooks Desktop and this was the perfect solution for us.

The menus in Acumatica are intuitive and the search feature is robust and allows for quick access to move between screens.

Licensing costs are tough to estimate; have to customize reports to your own needs.

The customizable dashboard feature is the best thing about Acumatica. You can basically do anything and the basic dashboard is already powerful in itself.

The worst part of Acumatica is how it handles Email. System email accounts, while not a horrible idea, just don't work well.

The program is  strong, the ability that you can use from the cloud for me is the best, I can work in the cloud from my office or from my client office, that save time to me, and money to my client.

Acumatica has unmatched customizability to fit any and all organizations' workflows. From my experience, end users pick up on how to get the most out of Acumatica customizations fairly quickly.

It is ideal for small companies to implement ERP for sales and invoicing. Generic Inquiries and Import by scenarios are excellent features of this product.

Acumatica has a built in CRM that helps to integrate the sales and operations process to finance. It's really helpful to have the financials easily available for each sales opportunity.

Variety of costing methods and works on many different database types; don't use user-based pricing so good for smaller co's.

I love the fact that all of our users can have access to the system with custom user roles.

Your experience with the software primarily comes down to your relationship with your VAR. A good one will let you get to the moon, a bad one will leave you spending lots  of money on no results.

This has been a great experience. Our previous software was limited to the reporting we could do and the user interface was not very friendly.

As an admin, limiting pages for users and restricting access is a pain. Need to go through each tab and change the access rights.

What I love most about Acumatica is its flexibility to custom design.

Some unique features like Attributes, sub-accounts, non-inventory items, Branches. Good, detailed security model.

Being able to analyze all project costs (including labor)  has been a huge eye opener for management.

There is very little about this product that I don't like. Acumatica only sells through a channel of partners.

And if you already have a solution, Acumatica's robust API makes integration very easy, it has very good integations with other software.

We always have one or two projects cooking with Datacor, to help us get even more benefit from the system than we already get. Next on our docket is Datacor's CRM.

The sales reports are a bit limited. It's difficult to compare year on year sales statistics.

Functionality built into the system helps us with every part of our business, including Accounting, Invoicing, Inventory, Regulatory Compliance, Sales Reporting and more.

Absolutely the worst ERP system that I have ever used. Anyone who has ever used any other ERP system will KNOW that Chempax is TERRIBLE.

Up till now the primary complaint has been that Datacor has not updated their underlying database for 10 years (not even a patch).

Customer Service is great and the support group are extremely knowledgeable about their software and its functionality. Our implementation was very successful.

What I like best about this product is that it is user friendly with easily accessible menus.

The reporting is a little difficult to manipulate.

The way that the system is designed means that new features are constantly being rolled out to all of Datacor's customers, at no extra charge to other companies.

I think one of the most useful features is the data audit trailing. I also find that the integration with other software is great like Datacor's CRM.

What makes chempax really good is their willingness to make adjustments to the software as needed and their availability when there are issues.

What I do like about chempax is that it is User friendly and can easily navigate between menus.

If you are not on SQL - it can get bogged down and error out if you have a lot of historical data.

This software is very user-friendly and able to customize the layout to best fit your work scene. It is very helpful to navigate through the software.

We love the software and the continuous improvements. The support that is given when we have issues has been outstanding.

The amount of integration into our business that we have been able to achieve with Datacor ERP is critical to our continuous improvement and sustained growth.

Some are difficult to navigate / scroll and view all the required information at one time.

The Help Menu and Datacor University are excellent tools and have been very useful for our teams.

The best part of Chempax is that they keep investing in the product. There are new releases coming our on a regular basis as they continue to add new functionality and integrate new technology.

This is a great tool for small and medium sized companies at a reasonable price.

Push this program to its limits, and it will still fight for more.

We have used Chempax for about 20 years. Overall the company has not been bad, but they have been unfair on licensing enough times that I'm more than tired of it.

The support team is very responsive to our needs (we don't really need them for that much, but when we do need them they are always helpful and knowledgeable).
