Easy to use and exceptions sales and service support. The sales team follows up and makes sure you're happy and getting the most from their product.

I guess if I have to say something negative it would be that I can't keep up with all the new things they come out with.

Fusion is a powerful tool for those producing Virtual Tours. The cost is unbelievably affordable for any small business.

RTV is a great company to work with, very responsive to user based needs.

It is in-depth and quite intuitive. The ability to edit and customize is a very strong point.

Really don't know because what i do with it its enough for me. maybe later i will think about some request or missing feature.

Wow where do we start, from the virtual tours to the virtual staging it is a fantastic platform to deliver a quality product out to our customers.

It is a bit difficult to upload 360⁰ interactive virtual tours of non-residential properties directly from fusion software.

I have been using RTV for over 3 years the software is easy to use and works a well. The staff at RTV have always been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

After completing the trial period I actually saw that it is easy to use, complete with all the tools to create presentations, virtual tours, high quality videos.

We have never before seen the combination of function, performance, price, and support. Are other products good.

They feel as though we are a one stop shop and we owe it all to Fusion.

I have been using the Fusion tour platform since 2012. I have been very satisfied with this tour system and all of the folks at RTV that help me produce quality tours.

It is user friendly, It provides services appropriate to the Real Estate Photography Business. My Real Estate Agents love the product.

The innovations are rolling out so fast, it's sometimes hard to keep up.

The only issues I had with the software was self imposed. All the answers you need are in the Learning Center.

Some of the legacy features are still available and no longer needed.

It's an easy way for me to take my interior pictures & Zillow 3D Home Tour and have it in one place. It also shows details about the property, price, descriptions, weather, and contact forms.

There are many features about this software that I love.

The ability for the Fusion tour player to integrate so many different types of media, deliver directly to the customer, and allow the customer to customize as they see fit.

The virtual tours are high quality and easy to put together. Added features means i give my customer much more value for the same price.

I love that you can add so many different modules or even design your own with some effort but very little cost, for a nonprofit that is great.

It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.

Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

If you could get the innovative nature of Salesforce to your business you would get amazing talent collection to your organizations.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

Salesgirce is very effective when it comes to tracking the progress of each case within my organization, great tutorials to get you started and very easy to navigate through cases and serial numbers.

I like the fact that Salesforce is very flexible and customizable to my taste. It is very user friendly and the functionality is superb.

Salesforce has a lot of capabilities, it covers everything. The leads section was nice, and it was great to be able to create your own sections.

Overall, I'd strongly recommend this app because it has a very good system for coordinating corporate operation, it's very easy to use, the navigation could be improved, and the load time is fast.

So popular and so powerful for small business  is contact management, task management, opportunity tracking, collaboration tools, customer engagement tools. Flexible and easy  to use.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.

I like that this platform is easy (for the most part) to use. I also find that the customer support is amazing and always willing to help.

It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.

I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
