I've used them few times but the experience is pretty bad. Their system is very user unfriendly, things don't work, editor is crap and slow, very unintuitive.

I sent 2 campaigns but the delivery rate was terrible and they seem to have some bugs with displaying statistics.

It's fairly intuitive and easy to use. However,  with most email marketing systems, if you get stuck you have to use online help.

The whole experience with Simplycast is appalling from beginning to end. From their terrible system, to their laughable customer care department.

After 3rd test campaign and my feedback about their bad service they simply terminated my account.

Bit nervous about the recent 'upgrade' which I've yet to fully take on.

Besides having the functionality I needed the most important thing that has made me stick with Simplycast is their customer service. Whenever I have a question, they are helpful and quick to respond.

Upgrades tend to drop some fairly basic user features.

It is easy to create your own templates and use them repeatedly for campaigns, surveys, and forms. Overall, we are very pleased with SimplyCast and do not foresee changing our email service provider.

We have also experienced a couple hiccups sending 360 Campaigns although our account manager has been available to work out the issues and solve problems with us each time.

SimplyCast provides great training on their products and the account managers who have supported our team have been helpful.

The best feature of SimplyCast is the dedicated support.

The various functions we are able to use, the quality of the finished product, and the hands on support.

Great Marketing Automation for Small Businesses.

We used Simplycast for around 4 years and it was torture from start to finish.

And most of all—I LOVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT. SimplyCast was always responsive to any email inquiries or requests, so I didn’t feel like a “number.

Easy to use, friendly support staff, it was 100% free for me to do my email promotions, who can complain.

Using their editor and working with their helpful support team I was able to create a nice newsletter without knowing a thing about design.

Difficult to say which is worse - the waste of money or the waste of time. If I could have given them zeros stars I would.

Terrible software and the support is worse. There are too many providers out there to settle for this type of buggy software and people who just don't care.

Great new platform that needs more recognition.

I like the WSIWYG email design abilities as I make my own emails with images and words and it makes it easy to make it look nice as if a professional marketer had done the set up.

And no coding or sophisticated computer skills were required for this comprehensive user-friendly system.

But as each email campaign was so difficult to launch we rarely bothered.

WE ARE SUPER HAPPY THAT OUR COMPANY DECIDED TO GO WITH NOTIFII.

How easy it is to use and to access. Love that you can pre-generate templates and It shows who has opened and read the messages.

No real cons, but setting up the intake of contacts was a little difficult.

What I like about Notifii connect it is Easy to navigate.

Correcting spelling errors does not work well.

Great experience customer services is always available.

Super easy to use and fast with sending notifies.

I like how easy it is to log mail. And how quick and easy it is to notify people about the mail they receive.

Ability to communicate instantly with residents in apartment buildings.

It has really been helpful in aiding our communication with all the residents at our apartment community. The residents have been very happy with our quick responses to their inquiries.

It is user friendly and being able to go back to the history. I also love that it sends a text as well as an email.

I really enjoy using the Connect product. It allows us to quickly communicate via text and email to our over 500 apartments.

I don't know that there is anything I have bad to say.

So easy to use and the ability to send a text/email to many without it being on a group reply is fantastic.

The software is very user friendly. Customer service is always great as well.

The ease of being able to connect with the tenants in my complex is great.

I can't say there is anything about this product I don't like.

I love the new upgraded system that we just got. Being able to text residents and prospect really helps communication.

Our package room has never been emptier and we've had fewer residents come in to complain we didn't tell them about changes happening on the property.

I love to message my future, current, and former residents with ease through the Chat/Texting page since I can see who has unsubscribed and has given me invalid phone numbers and addresses.

I love that this software gives me the ability to select what users I want to send a notification to, whether its prospects, residents or certain groups, I don't have to select all.

I genuinely don't think I have anything bad to say about Notifii.

You have to look up former residents in the search bar because there is no option for former residents under the Contact page.

Very happy with the product. I use this daily to communicate with my residents.

I love how easy it is to use. It helps to be able to go back to past correspondence with residents and reuse it.
