Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

They got back to me when I reached out to customer service and that really made me feel like I could highly recommend this service along with the positive experience I have had using the platform.

Sometimes my clients wouldn't remember the time properly, or I would forget to write it down. Now the appointment times are clear, and there is no way for us to forget or get the timing confused.

I like that you can sell packages and my desired package has availability for 6 employees. The Stripe integration is useful and it is easy for students to schedule a lesson.

Fairly easy to use, customer service great, clever comments make me smile, integration with existing business processes good.

I love how easy it was to create everything I needed. Although I am only using the free version, for now, it has almost everything that I want in it and it has been amazing playing around with it.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

It has a very fresh and modern UX, i love the styling. It's a good priced product and easy to set up.

My overall experience is good with Acuity. The software helps me know that my clients are in good hands when it comes to booking with me.

It is a mature and stable product for secure text messaging. It could be even more powerful with a little more work.

Rapid communication throughout an entire hospital system using Tigerconnect as a secure messaging system has improved the efficiency and patient safety at our institution.

It's the perfect way to communicate and share info within the medical field. It makes communicating with others so easy while still abiding by the HIPAA rules.

Whenever i want to see what texts I have I need to relog back in. I guess it's for security and I get that it's for a reason but it's a pain.

Secure, easy to use, easy login, with excellent secure functionality including audio, video, and picture messaging. Helpful as secure messaging is critical in the hospital environment.

Or if a patient needs an authorization I'll get a text from the secretarial staff letting me know about it.

The only negative feedback I've received from staff is that we are unable to copy/paste or print information from our messages, which is the reason we implemented the app in the first place.

It has literally changed so much of how we communicate important patient information, scheduling, agency updates and coordination.

I like that it is secure and HIPAA compliant. I like the ease of adding members to the team as well as deleting them when necessary.

Impossible to be removed from system lists, which are occasionally accidentally used to send a message to the incorrect person.

When our caregivers can report on site and update the Care plans at the same time it makes for all-round better services for our patient's while easing the load on our therapist and nurses.

The software is easy to use, secure, and HIPAA compliant. It has led to more efficient communication and a smoother patient care experience.

Customer service has always been responsive and knowledgeable and has always fixed any issue we were having or answered any questions we had in a matter of minutes.

With communicating using a lot of medical terminology,  the auto-correct can be frustrating.

This program has been a great addition to our office. We work in home care and have several staff out in the field seeing patients in their homes.

The TigerConnect product offers an easy to use secured text messaging product. User training required is minimal.

It is easy to use, HIPAA compliant, Minimal to NO downtime. Their customer support team is one of the best I have ever dealt with.

When hospitals issue us a phone, we cannot download this app on it because it is connected to our Apple ID. However, this may be more of an administrative problem than the fault of the software.
