The config to connect to Office 365 was well documented and easy as well. I've had this running since the end of 2016 and it's been one of the more solid systems of any technology I'm responsible for.

Users love the visibility Joan provides. And I love the fact I get about a month of battery life.

Ease of use, differentiates against LCD, top support, amazing HW & SW, battery life.

I barely have minimum dislike. I would say adding more tools to schedule meetings.

They work great with our Outlook calendars and Office 365.

Option for meet now to save booking when need a quick meeting.

Once setup properly, it is almost zero maintenance if you wish. My users found it easy to use, slack integration works great.

I did not want to feel like I had to invest in a solution that would look terrible on a budget review 9 months later. The solution is cost friendly and simple.

Battery life and e-ink display are a big plus, since it has been the only solution on the market able to not having us deploying more cables and whatever. Integration in G Suite is very nice.

Has ability to host the manager on premise to save cost on monthly fees. Devices have long battery life and just work.

Setup and integration was easy. In fact it was so easy, a developer could even do it.

Every time we have a vendor or outside customer come in to a conference room they comment on how amazing they are. The ability to book a room from Webex Teams enhances the ease of use on the fly.

I believe it connects to the wrong (i.e. further away) access point, which results in a high battery drain.

Setup process is a bit difficult, resetting also a bit difficult.

It was a zip file inside of another zip file. Little confusing at first.

That is now over with this user-friendly solution. Connecting a new Google calendar was very easy and the device was up and running quite quickly.

If you choose to host the VM on prem, the visioconnect software cannot auto-update. The pricing for cloud could be more aggressive.

Our biggest problem was that people were not looking in their Outlook calendars for conference room availability.

I think the battery is empty to quickly. Also I notice sometimes that it does not book a room when clicking on book, however this only happened to me a few times in the past year.

I love to use Mikogo for small conferences and meetings. It's easy to share my screen and pass controls to another presenter.

Trying to cancel automatic renewal was impossible, as if they tried to make it as hard as possible to leave.

I love all the features and ease of use. The best part of Mikogo is that even a novice computer user can use Mikogo with ease.

I cancelled minutes after it auto-renewed and they refuse to refund the renewal fee. They are basically strong-arming customers into an extra year of subscription.

Couldn't reach billing department to straighten out charges.

They also forced another year's subscription on me  - they require paypal auto  renew, The vast majority of companies will allow you to cancel an auto renew if you let them know in a reasonable time.

Shame on you Mikogo, for selling a product in this country without any access to technical support.

The invited end user onboarding is a bit confusing and many of my clients would struggle to join a conference.

Mikogo far exceeds it's competitors on customer support and does exceptionally well with its ease of use for the non-computer literate.

Its quick design and simple method of dealing with the available tools make it easier for you to comprehend everything and run clear meetings. The screen control feature operates effectively.

When I've tried it on Mac i've had problems controlling the other persons mouse.

The product gets failing grades for support when things don't work as planned.

I was attracted to this platform because it belongs to a small company and I am interested in collaborating with the development of this kind of entrepreneurship.

Mikogo works like I expected. I needed some online screen share software that was not only easy to use bit was easy for my clients.

For voice call conferencing there is no number for India, which is really a down for me. As most of my customers are from INDIA.

They seem hard to reach when you experience difficulty.

Cheap but no support and difficulty connecting with customers.

We have had some people have trouble with installing the software and had some issues with occasional lags.

This helps with better presentation and collaboration.

Mikogo is also very simple in outlook and functionality. I like its ability to share screen contents with others during meetings.

Its ability to share the screen with others during meetings is powerful up to 25 people. With Mikogo there is no need to download or install any software.

I use a free version of this product and think it's a wonderful tool.

Tried to migrate and canceled but auto-renew flagged us and charged our cards for the upcoming year. Because they are in Germany we had no recourse and company hides behind a 3rd party.

It's easy to to start a support session and resolve issues quickly. It is mostly intuitive to both parties.

My overall experience has been great, giving me lightning fast capability to remotely share my screen.

Inexpensive but there is a good (actually bad) reason for this and it has to do with quality. Easy to use when it works.

Mikogo is good software, because I used it when I first started using it. Mikogo also has very good functionality.

Mikogo is a web conferencing solution that allows participants to join meetings within their web browsers (including browsers on mobile devices) without downloading plugins or using Flash.


Key features include the ability to grant presenter desktop-sharing privileges to participants, remote control over participants’ computers, a multi-user whiteboard for annotation and drawing and selective sharing of applications/windows.


Mikogo offers both personal and business accounts. Personal accounts are free, though they are limited to three participants per room and don’t include web conferencing features like whiteboards.


Both perpetual licenses and monthly subscription licenses are available with Mikogo. Basic licenses are for a single host with up to three participants per room, pro licenses are for a single host with up to 25 participants per room and enterprise licenses are for unlimited hosts with up to 25 participants per room and three simultaneous conferencing sessions.
