It's great to be able to block off certain posts and blog categories that I want to keep only for paid members. I love how it helps members upgrade their plan and have the cost applied retroactively.

It was hard to find the automated email settings. When I add assing bundles manually I cannot add more of them with one click.

They also changed their price plans and it is very confusing (and the second plan is twice more expensive than the first!).

It was a little difficult to initially set up, as it required a basic working knowledge and understandings of building a  WordPress site.

It handles one time purchases, trials, subscriptions, and infinite bundling of products very nicely.

When my members request the reset password email, they don't get it, it doesn't arrive and then they cancel their membership.

It's been great and we haven't had to consider switching to any other platforms because it's been so solid for us.

We utilize their online tee sheet as well as their credit card processing partner. Everything works together in harmony and has proven to be cost effective and efficient.

Customer Support is outstanding. Whenever we have a question, they are available including nights and weekends.

Specifically, there is currently no device in the software to handle Cart Ride or Greens Fee Punchcards.

Club Caddie isn't a one size fits all. I liked that we weren't overwhelmed with features and kits/components that we did not need; therefore, we found it very adaptable, customizable and intuitive.
