Software has good user interface. Works well with Microsoft edge.

Perfect, their customer support is exceptional.

Securelink RDP needs resolution/scaling features. Perhaps this is something that is available but was restricted by admins.

Hard to believe I am the only one experiencing a specific error.

SecureLink is great as a VPN for tech support.

Other agencies I deal with that use this struggle making it impossible for me to log in.

It is very easy to use and its name says it is secure. It provides the opportunity to track time that I spent on this platform as well as see status of other users.

Easy to Search and find different gatekeeper Access. RDP Widows size can be customized , allowing to clipboard access and print feature.

This is the biggest drawback of securlink. Does not work well in Firefox and Chrome.

SecureLink provides our vendors an excellent method of connecting to our infrastructure. Auditing with video is top notch.

There are instance where it looses the connection which is irritating but for all the pros, it is bearable.

Integration was seamless and once designed the initial roll-out was simplistic and painless. Continued support is flawless and there are enough tools to make diagnostic work easy.

Fast integration and setup for existing host. Multiple host and sessions can be active at the same time.

Unable to access unless we have a high-speed data connection. Need to have more stability even on low speed data.

Ease of use is the primary advantage I see for securelink. Gives the option to connect through staging if server is down.

Sometimes the software changes between releases are difficult to comprehend, it's also sometimes hard to find the SSH password as these are setup before they're shipped.

Great in remotely accessing client environment and very secure.

Learning curve is moderately steep, but once learned integration with the business is very easy.

What I like most about this software is the ease of use. The vendor representatives can easily create an account under the appropriate vendor.

If goes down ALL THE TIME, which is frustrating when we have demos and presentations to give.

The downside of Portnox CLEAR is the very limited monitoring tools, that are essential for managing some aspects of the network. It also is on the higher pricing range.

It is cloud based, comparatively easy to configure and use, reasonably priced, does not affect PC performance, and has all the features I require in a NAC solution.

It's a really good solution and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I still can have local radius for case of disconnection. I succeed to implement required policy.

Ease of deployment, we were up an running in an hour.

The advantage of Portnox CLEAR is that it is very efficient, highly effective, and user-friendly. Its network security features provides high quality protection against viruses and cyber attacks.

The solution is so simple to work with that we figured out 90% of it prior to our onboarding, which by the way was still very helpful.
