I am not that knowledgeable in programming languages and I'm finding it difficult to go in and make some of the changes I need to make. The term 'widget' is also misleading.

BD is amazing and all you need to Quick Launch a platform.

The time difference can be annoying but something that can’t be helped. However the customer service team are bang on it and always get back to me ASAP.

Unlike other software, that can be buggy,  the Brilliant Directory works the first time. And if you are having setup issues, their customer care people can help you get up and running quickly.

When constructing the schedule, the lack of cut and paste or duplication of program elements across multiple days made that process very laborious.

As a planner it was hard for me to not be able to test the app before the event went live.

InitLive made manpower recruitment, scheduling and onsite coordinating so easy. Loved the ease of operation on tha platform.

The e-mail portion is weak. We need to be able to see e-mails sent, we need to be able to resend to those who did not open and we need to be able to send follow-up messages.

Outstanding customer service. Easy to use and allows the export of a large variety of information.

This is our first attempt at seriously accomplishing this, so there have been growing pains. Support from the InitLive staff has been great.

The inability to customize automated notifications to staff.

We used it to help streamline communication with our volunteers for Homecoming. I found that it was advantageous to me as an admin in that it was quick and easy to contact individuals as needed.

I love the integrated app and how easily you can reach volunteers during the event. I like that the database is downloadable to excel so we can edit as we see fit.

I highly recommend InitLive if you are looking for a beautifully designed interface with exceptional customer service.

I love that INIT Live makes staffing large events easy and helps guide you through holes where more staff could be useful. I also really liked the in-app communication aspect.

I love the ability to customize schedules for groups of people and that works great if you have a steady schedule and need to assign shifts, etc.

It is still a growing company so they are easy to work with and customer service is great.

The product was easy enough to use however I know that it's always a challenge for the team to get a software integrated and setup for what we need it to do.
