The product is quite easy to move around. I love the versatility of the product.

Really fuzzy servers: editing and creating things on the platform is painstakingly slow and often the user can lose all the work done. Newsletter editing features are very, very terrible.

Server are slow and sometime will stuck and would resulted loss of work.

This resulted in a new (mobile compatible) website that was delivered within 4 days against a competitive price and at the same time easy to use and manage.

Overall the software is very functional, user-friendly and easy to set-up. Customer support is very responsive and provides full assistance.

Easy setup and user friendly. I was able to use the tool upfront prior to on-boarding.

We are limited by the number of custom fields we can add to entries/applications. The end user experience is cumbersome and somewhat meaningless.

What I like the most about EventBank is that it's a one solution to our event conundrums - website development, app management, and financial management.

Some guests had problems when they tried to purchase their tickets. Some had trouble finding the ticket or with registering their full info.

GlueUp's subscription procedure is simplified and the most effective system with few costs. Members' info is well protected.

The second best feature are the sponsor ads. We like how they are not only on the homepage but integrated through the software.

There is often fear of losing donations during that down time, but their staff is always more than willing to make things right.

We have been looking for a mobile auction software service for a long time and finally found a good one within our price range.

Glue Up (Formerly EventBank) is a cloud-based engagement management platform for nonprofit organizations. Glue Up integrates event management, membership management, customer relationship management (CRM), email marketing, payment processing and dedicated mobile apps into one platform.


With Glue Up’s membership renewal workflow, users are alerted to outstanding payments and can send automatic reminders to members via email and through push notifications. The mobile membership directory lets organizers view member information and connect with members.
