Our old online system to collect donations was not going to work with our new website so we are very happy to have found a product in GiveWP that is cost effective and solves all our needs.

Because so much is offered, it can be intimidating at first.

The full setup process only took about 15-30 minutes in total so overall very quick. Stripe integration is well done, and overall simple UI.

Patient and enduring, they stick it out to help you troubleshoot plugin conflicts or random glitches. They've been helpful and amazing along the way.

There is a big upcoming upgrade (v3) that is currently in beta testing. It looks like it will be even easier to build and customise donation forms, so I'm looking forward to that release.

The ease of use of installing, setting up and excellent documentation online. Customer support is bar none brilliant and they get to the source of your issues quickly and efficiently.

As a non-profit organization, keeping costs low is extremely important to us and the cost of this product is definitely worth the features we get.

GiveWP is easy to use and gives good reports. The best thing is being able to contact the GiveWP support team anytime and they always respond promptly with useful guidance.

Lack of integration with WPEngine's caching system that required an exception to be made on WPEngine's cache.

The free version is better than most other free donation software.

They only seem to proactively fix critical bugs that stop payments. There are loads of unresolved minor papercuts with the software that add up to unnecessary frustration.

It sometimes crashes and creates critical errors.

Although NEON has incorporated some enhancements and improvements to the user experience recently, overall they have been slow to change, and customer support is not very responsive.

NeonCRM has great features for nonprofits, and will be a strong asset for this growing nonprofit to stay organized in the future.

The ease of use in all aspects - donation tracking, fundraising campaign setup and monitoring, reporting, etc. are so much appreciated after working for so long without that ease.

I like Neon's user interface and the ease in which one can learn how to use it. It has great integrations, and I think the event feature is going to be really helpful.

Overall, this is a pretty robust software considering the price. I would recommend it to Non-profits on a tight budget just be prepared for some getting acquainted time.

NeonPay was a disaster, the reporting is horrendous, the fees don't add up, mysterious 'other' charges appear, if you have refunds, they are not properly accounted for.

The account profiles are user friendly and intuitive.

I like the customization feature that it has. The ability of automated emails and files.

Reliable - service is rarely down or unacceptably slow. Interface is relatively easy to use for anyone with good software sensibilities (a simpler view would be helpful for less techy BOD members).

I found the online help resources to be easily accessible and extremely helpful in setting up my initial contacts and configuring my web pages.

I did an indepth analysis of non profit CRM systems and this came out on top. We could not afford anything expensive so the price was right.

Easy to use, lots of functionality for a great price. I love that we will have enhanced opportunities for communications through streamlined newsletters and web experiences.

Some of them being: sent emails tracking, workflows, advanced searches, donation page is great, and having the ability to personalize the system to the user.

We love that Neon is customizable, intuitive and user-friendly. It's everything our small non-profit needs and more.

The Neon forum has good information for finding workarounds when you have issues.

I've used several different CRM programs and I find Neon CRM relatively easy to use and affordable. It is very capable of fulfilling the needs of our organization.

Householding support with regards to donations roll-up is very poor.

When i want to donate this app help me so much, they recommend and suggest where the best to donate.

The inability to email registrants for an event from the event registration page is unfortunate.

The system is easy to navigate and once you get everything dialed in like you want it, it's a great tool.

Read their 'comments' in their support center - eye opening. This is a dishonest company with poor support and a subpar product.

Overall our experience has been positive, and we would recommend Neon. It's a great way to organize our events and ticket sales, as well as track income from those same constituents and more.

All in all, its a great software that is easy to use.
