Vieth is great with making changes for the better. If it is outside of the normal system requirements there will be cost associated however with our last system we could not customize anything.

All of the modules are fully integrated rather than being third-party sourced, so the functions are faster and data has full integrity.

MemberLeap combined all of that into a sleek, easy to manage system that is extremely user-friendly.

I recommend that new users take advantage of the training that is offered with the website design. The staff is friendly, helpful and will answer any question no matter how silly the question seems.

The set up was super easy, and the live support from the team at Vieth was really helpful.

There is such a wide variety of reports it is hard to keep track of what each report does.

Some features are missing but they're getting added all the time.

Would love the option of removing system labels, also virtuous scores - as a member of our company the virtuous scores aren't helpful.

I started actually with this CRM and then sat in all the other CRM demos and no one lived up to Vituous. No need to do that work again if you’re looking for a CRM this is the one.

I'm having a difficult time coming up with any cons.
