Great user experience, they are always improving the software. Unlike some competitors i really like how you can see customers engagement on the review invite sent.

On a rare occasion, customers have reported that they were unable to open links sent through podium. It is my belief that this was likely user error on their end as I have not experienced this issue.

When I asked to stop the service, they did not cooperate and stock to their 3 months required notification to stop the service.

So far my favorite thing about Podium is how accessible the Customer Support team is. They have answered all my questions so for.

The review integration with facebook and google is excellent. We are able to send review invitations via text and respond to them within the app.

My only complaint so far with the software is where the payment portal is concerned.

It has opened more opportunities for us to gain clientele.

They have been super responsive innovative and helpful. We have added over 3k+ reviews and respond to reviews in a matter of minutes.

The staff is great and very responsive. Really like the interface and ease of use of the system.

It's great that we can gain new leads through the software and that our customers receive an auto-reply, even when we are not in the office.

But we needed a new text service as ours was going away. The cost was about 3x what I was paying and that was for the lowest level of service and they lock you in to a contract for a year.

The cost is inexpensive and it really does help get reviews.

Very simple and intuitive the amount of useful links is nice to have.

Some customers complain about leaving a Google review because they don't remember their Google login.

And trying to cancel is almost impossible. There's no means on their website to cancel the service.

All you remember was the final service and it is horrible.

Incredibly User Friendly, Helps keep contact while being professional, Easy Up-to-date version of communicating with clients.

I would like the presentation email to the client to be more professional and legitimate looking. Some of my clients have mistaken it for spam.

The ease of sending and receiving information to and from our customer base has been a great tool for me.

I love the ability to customize templates so that we can reach out to and respond to customers in a personalized, however unified voice, no matter who in the office is responding.

They have amazing customer service and training sessions for businesses starting out, great customization and options for all types, and helpful with seeing the progress from the client's view.

Their team handled the whole integration for us and now it is fully automated and harvesting reviews at a record pace. Fantastic support and dedicated account rep.

I like most about it it is user friendly and the clients like it also to communicate with us instead of using the phone or leaving messages.

Numerous but the main attraction is that it keeps the writers writing and someone else doing the matching. Great product for the money.

I like the ease of reaching and communicating with customers. It is very user friendly.

It helps keep reviews in one place and track. They also have the greatest customer service and are incredibly helpful.

Our guests seem happy with having this option. It's easy to use and makes responding to inquiries much quicker.

Customer rep was very helpful in explaining the Podium software.

Mostly worked well and had pretty good interface with website for chat as well.

The ability to send money requests to customers is very important. The constant communication from customers asking questions we are ready to answer also helps draw customers into the shop.

Overall I would recommend this app for companies who are struggling to get some good reviews about your company. This certainly will help.

It has been awesome that our young tech savvy employees are comfortable with this software but that it is easy enough for our older employees to use as well.

One significant problem we've run into is that there's no way for us to tell when Podium flags a payment as fraudulent.

We've used Recurly to power our billing for over 5 years now and it's fully integrated into our systems and processes. We're big fans of the ease of use and bigger fans of the phenomenal support.

The software was missing some functionalities that I would think would be standard with a billing and payment oriented software. The billing periods/cycles were not easily customizable.

I understand the platform is just letting me know I can contact support for any issues and how but for experience users that know how to do this already, it can just be a little annoying.

The records being detailed with their date and time is also a huge plus as it helps me look, investigate or keep track of what I need to pull up for payments and billing concerns.

Recurly is the best solution for companies with a handful of products to scale. If you are using the admin UI to do billing like I am it is a very clear tool to implement and use day-to-day.

At my previous company, we used an ancient subscription management tool that worked but was very painful to use at every step.

I love how everything is easy to use, it gives you control over a lot of things that stripe does not.

Good integration functionality although this breaks every so often.

Very frustrating as an admin to manage that somewhat confusing anomaly.

Recurly is the most user friendly subscription UI on the market.

The software is very easy to use and you have access to numerous reports just with the click of a button. Their support is also excellent.

Overall Recurly is a great and intuitive product which is easy to use.

I love the flexibility in setting up subscriptions: future start, bill forward, automatic, % or $ discounts. Recurly makes it easy and does exception handling well.

Also, I'm not allowed to export the information that I can view on the screen, it's a bit frustrating.

Recurly's modern UI, simple UX, and excellent customer care team have really allowed me to focus on business growth.

It's also very easy to add  new members or terminate existing. You don't have to go through a million steps like other softwares.

Overall, I have had a positive experience with Recurly. I have used many billing platforms and this might be one of the easiest.

In general is pretty good, easy to search the clients and have an overview of the clients.

I like that it integrates with multiple payment gateways and that it offers a sandbox environment for testing and trying out new things.

There are some features we wish would be an add-on which will save us some dollars because we don't use it. The customer support is important to us and they are responsive and knowledgeable.

Recurly is a great tool for subscription billing. It has a lot of functionality and flexibility.

Besides integrating well with our existing tools. We are fond of Recurly because we can accommodate a wider reach of customers beyond month-to-month plans.

While the features and ease of use are great, I'm most impressed with their customer service and ability to answer each question my team or I have quickly and thoroughly.

Definitely the churn reduction features and knowing that a team of experts are worrying about the details instead of me.

I have never had an issue that couldn't be resolved in record time. The dunning feature is absolutely a brilliant tool.

The software is good, the API and connetivity is good, the new catalog upgrade will be very helpful for us. And the support team is EXCELLENT.

The ease of use and the easy to navigate user interface of Recurly is really great as not all platforms offers this kind of experience nor accessibility.

I love their detailed activity log that all users can see. This helps our agents get an idea of the path a customer may have taken and allows everyone to be on the same page.

The ability to set recurring billing on automation is great and easy to set up. Plus their customers service team is awesome and always their when you need them.

Recurly is a solution I use which gives me billing functions and enables me to track subscriptions and customers.

We have been a customer of theirs for over three years and its so disappointing to feel ripped off this way.
