It is pretty easy to use, I like that I can use it from anywhere which is nice with a 24 hour gym because I dont need to be there all the time and can use it from home.

Frequently new updates cause problems with current functions.

The reports are great and I love that it works well with the Brivo door system. I like the scheduling section as well.

It helped when I went live. I knew if I had questions, I would get help and answers quickly.

So we were basically was charged for software which was never converted or even used. I would definitely do my research with software companies before you buy because this was a big mistake.

When we emailed the company's Owner regarding our dissatisfaction regarding the service from Shapenet and the unauthorized payments, he basically replied too bad but we never promised.

The product is easy to use and a great value. They are constantly working to expand and improve the system.

Horrible Experience with this company. I'm shocked that they have any clients with an experience like this.

She makes my shape.net experience very perfect.

Shapenet software is outstanding. Even better is the support we have received and most recently the support from reps.

Financial data capture, integration of schedule and facility use,trainer and customer data detail for measuring efficiency and productivity.

Great software and excellent training and onboarding.

The only downside to ShapeNet is that the only way for payment integration is to go through their third-party merchant.

We are excited to move forward with these features, hopefully the process will go a little more smoothly than the past few.

No app, at least when i used it. For trainers, having an app is important for scheduling conflicts etc.

Occasional down time can be frustrating with less than satisfactory communication regarding the problem.

All the features are easy to use. Easy to set up and learn to use.

Great Software with Even Better Customer Service.

They are very easy to contact and any issues or questions I had/have are responded to very quickly and at times followed up by an email and or a phone call.

Example the date field is always off by one cell. There is another field that has no purpose at all plus the classes pick up the class itself as if it were a person in attendance.

ShapeNet can do almost too much so sometimes hard to navigate.

The customer service is great! the staff knows my name and is happy to interact with me about any issue. They are always improving, developing new ways to engage customers.

Downloading data supposed to go to Excel but instead always defaults to Unicode drives me nuts because I download a lot of reports and have to convert everyone.

Flexibility to handle very large list of services, financial transactions and hstorical data. Most impressive however is their support staff.

As a previous Anytime Fitness software user, I must say that the transition was a bit more involved than I initially realized.

Great customer service, very timely in their response time. Once we got the initial conversion done, and my training complete it has been a lot smoother.

This program is so user friendly and amazing on how you can use the software to meet your needs, even if you are small facility.

Horrible Experience and BIG mistake (Owner, couldn't care less).

The functions are relatively scattered and difficult.

Also, one is unable to use the app without the internet. Lastly, the app is very limited to how much you can customize it to suit your own business branding.

The software is user friendly and also has everything available to integrate that I need to use to help serve my clients to the highest level.

Unreal, saved me so much time and I have total confidence I can utilise it to make more money.

The ease of use for both the admin and clients end is amazing and they are constantly updating the software to make it even better.

I also like how easy it is to build programs off of previous programs, making it a very time-efficient software. The customer service is amazing, with very quick replies via both email and FB.

I began using this software for my nutrition clients and it has been wonderful.

Love the exercise library, love how we can customize it to our brand, and love how we can add exercises into the program as well.

Nothing stands out so far,  it is perhaps a little bit confusing to use at first if you are not too savvy with computers.

I love the fact that it’s user friendly. My clients and I enjoy the app and it has really helped improve my sales.

The only complaint I would have from a clients perspective is that when they track workout results on the app.

The other thing I like about PTD is how easily it integrates with my website, paypal and other apps such as fitbit, myzone and myfitpal.
