Best decision I've ever made as a young entrepreneur is investing in BK. Also, the CEO, is a humble, transparent and hard working guy, not some person you will never see who's behind the software.

The software is very big and there are times where I find myself getting lost when I need to make a change.

There are times I find it hard to find a function to disable or enable but after some time I find it.

Various functions make this software very enjoyable. The way that everything your business needs on one dashboard is just fantastic.

I benefitted from reducing office staff and saving more money. Also I save personal time from doing extra work on the side.

I have my website and software all under one login where I can control everything. No more needing to go to other website builders like wordpress or wix.

Great customer service, great features, really easy to use & customize to your liking. We are very happy with this software so far.

The reports section took me a little bit to figure out but once I did there was nothing that was too difficult for me to use.

For me being a photographer the most important aspect is the scheduling. I love how the smart scheduling lets my clients book without overlap.

Have been using them for a few months in my cleaning company and they have been fantastic. Quick support, quick dev team pushing new features, and a solid community.

It's also made so user friendly that it doesn't take a long time to figure out what you're doing.

The first and foremost thing that I have to mention is that the customer support is extremely nice, helpful, and prompt. There has been no customer service that I have experienced like this before.

It takes some time in the beginning to customize everything to your business, but after that, you set it and forget it.

There are some things that take time to learn and understand but once that is done you just forget about them.

EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE. You need to be an computer programer to setup.

Great product and great customer service. They're always looking for improvements that need to be made which is a plus.

It will save us a lot of time managing bookings.

There are so many features with BookingKoala that it makes if difficult to keep track of what it can do. But if you're inside there all day every day you will figure it out very quickly.

Marketing features like coupons, gift cards, and more. Reports feature, this is great you can see all reports you need to grow.

The customer and provider logins are so so so nice and all my customers compliment us because of it.

BK's support staff is as good as it gets, quick responses and if I called and left a VM they would call me back the same day and often straight away including weekends and evenings.

Everything in the software is so user friendly and so well put together.

Over priced poor service too many glitches no user friendly below 1 star.

Despite buying it, it won't transfer to new owner when we sell kennel without paying hundreds all over again. Employees constantly complaining n about it.

We have been using kennel connection since we opened our kennel 4 1/2 years ago. Love the ease of using the program.

Over priced horrid customer service constant emails to pay them more money I am on here to find a better service for when I move and open my boarding kennel and it will not be kennel connection.

When it was working it was great - a little cumbersome to use but it did the job.

I hate customer service to the point that I was searching for other software to use. I like the functionality for the most part.

Kennel Connection is easy to use (very user friendly). I also like the fact that the software is always updating and making additions to better serve our customers.

It had a lot of features and customer service was helpful.

Ease of learning to use the product, cost, online training videos, email blast utility and ease of emailing clients from the file.

You constantly have to go back & add additional information or click another button. Overall very cumbersome & hard to use/learn.

It is beyond irritating for a program to have the appearance of Windows/MS Office without the functionality of those programs.

Only problem with it is the layout of the appointment book. It is difficult to use at a glance with grooming appointments and multiple groomers.

Everyone involved has always acted quickly to get any issuew resolved. All of the people I have contact with such as [SENSITIVE CONTENT]  have been amazing the whole time I have had kennel connection.

We would like it to be a bit more online friendly, but overall this IS the best Kennel Software out there. We have tried them ALL, & KC by far suits our HUGE facility the best.

I like the fact that it can do everything for you. I would like to see the retail and inventory feature updated quite a bit in the next one.

Reports , invoicing, data retrieval all very easy. Sales team (Carri) and the support team (Jen and Phil) are excellent in knowledge and finding solutions and making suggestions.

Kennel Connection is very easy to use and helps out our staff in many ways. A sheet of paper and you have all the instructions for each dog for feeding, medication and exercise time.

I am confident that this is a game changer - will save me money and time.

Easy to use, quick learning curve, Pennsylvania stats readily available which really helps out. I have had this software over 5 years and just love it.

I believe there is a more cost effective,  user friendly software out there somewhere. That being said...we have used this software for five years and upgraded one time.

The leadership is incredibly easy to work with, and they have quickly become trusted partners rather than just a software vendor.

It has saved me a lot of time that I used to devote to scheduling and bookkeeping, which as a single-person operator is huge. But most of all, I am extremely happy with their Customer Service.

Since I have been using kennel connection for 20 years, integration was not an issue for me. However, the thing I dislike the most would be the lack of  customization a lot of areas.

It crashes often which is frustrating, wish there was more customization capabilities especially on the boarding and daycare windows.

It's crazy how is so expensive to pay for this software and  doesn't work.

Setting up new modules, employees , changing prices etc is easy. I appreciate how the company listens to what we, the clients, need added and/or changed within the program.

Oh I might mention I love that we integrate it with other computers in my salons it's wonderful to be able to check one out and check in, on the other computer at the same time.

I have been using KC since 1997, and thru out that time,I have been impressed with the functionality of the product and impressed with the customer service.

The only thing I really miss from kennel suite is that it kept a list of every change you made to a reservation- that helped track when something got extended or deleted.

Easy to train employees to use quickly. Customer Service & support is EXCELLENT & makes us love KC even more.

There is a drop down menu that allows limited sorting (by time, run or pet's first or last names) but even there, you recieve inconsistent results.
