So if a client used a daycare used petexec, i cannot use their email as their username, because the other company ALSO used it as the username. This is def my number 1 complaint.

The unic problem that Theo have is a Wasted space.

When you're starting a business there are a thousand things you must pay for and it's overwhelming.

The online chat function is wonderful and its fairly customizable and ease of use is medicore once you learn how to use the software.

The Scheduling and the POS is very good. The commission reports are excellent.

Also, when scheduling a grooming or daycare (through boarding), having to re-enter the times for pick-up and drop-off every single time is ridiculous when the time had already been chosen.

This is great operations management software. The calendar and integrations are wonderful and I love that you can Quickly add other services from boarding screen options.

PetExec is the best software I have found for this industry. It has a great price and can easily be manipulated for most day-to-day tasks.

We no longer use that feature due to the loss, which was very aggravating.

Can be confusing at the start but is leaned very quickly.

Not only is this a lifesaver for pet parents, but it's the holy grail for those of us with multiple pets. I'm not on the business side but use this for various appointments.

Billing and invoicing features are excellent, as well as scheduling. Calendars that display bookings are great.

This app makes it easy to schedule their grooming appointments, and the calendar feature helps to remind me of their appointments which I love.

At the moment there is no report that I can print what all my grooming appointments are for the day INCLUDING  those extra add on services.

The most frustrating part of the software is no text message reminders for confirming appointments and no way to schedule appointments directly on the calendar.

Program has flags for customers that have a discount, also great because staff can read up how the dog is fed.

Interface with QuickBooks online and with MailChimp; general ease of use; good reporting capabilities.

They have offered new things (incident report) which we a smart idea and we love it and are using it now for complaints so we can be on top of the issue asap.

For example, there is no way to block clients from submitting reservations when you are going to be closed for a period of time.

I dislike the new kennel view style - it is confusing to me.
